I've gotten this same call from Donna Garcia 3 times now.  I called it back the first two times then decided to look it up and found this site.  She has never returned my calls when I leave a message.  I'll definitely not be calling this number back.

It is considered to be a VERY bad practice to say you have a "question" and not mention your intention in the message.  Doesn't know we don't want to do business with dishonest or deceiving people!

Rec'd call, saying it was Donna De La Garcia (must have a new employee).  I thought she said she was calling from Ryan Fisher's office, but seeing all of these other notes, it was probably Bryan Bishop.  I def got the feeling from her super cheery voice that it was a sales call.  Won't call back.  Sure is nice we have this site!

She changed her name. My caller was Donna Garcia with Bryan Bishop. left a call back number and caller id said private.

Just received the same exact message:  "this is Dawn Garcia from Brian Bishop's office.  I have an H/R related call and was told to speak with you."  I called her back before reading these comments, but got her voice mail...won't be taking her call again!!

I just received a call from "Dawn Garcia" also.  I haven't spoken with her.....just received a voicemail.  No need to return the call.

Got the same call from Dawn Garcia and when probed just continued to say the same thing "Brian Bishop asked me to call with a payroll question"!

I received the same message from Donna Garcia, wishing me a " Blessed Day" after asking me to call her back regarding a HR issue. When I called the number, I received voice mail and the recording sounded like an personal line (no mention of a firm name).

I received a call from an anonymous number- I let it go to voice mail "Hi this is Donn Garcia I am calling you from Bryan Bishop office, with a quik HR Question when you get this message please give me a call at 214-603-3719
I look forward to talking to you" . well not anymore beacuse I am not calling back

I received the same call from Donna Garcia except that she would not tell my receptionist the name of her company.  I let her leave a message and then looked here to see if I could find out who she was.  Now I will definitely not be calling back.

Just got a call from some lady stating that she was with Brian Bishop's office  and "had a question for me" and could I give her a call at 214-603-3719 - these people really irratate me.

Just got a call from "Dawn Garcia from Brian Bishop's office" wanting to question me about HR.  Left the number 214-603-3719.  Caller ID said Anonymous Caller.  Definitely a sales call and will not be returning that one!

I got the same call yesterday.  I've not called her back.  But my caller id said "Public Caller".  She left a message said it was Donna Garcia from Brian Bishop's office.  Who is this person?

I CALLED "DONNA GARCIA" BACK.
Gave her my first name and said I was returning her call, asked how I can help her.
Donna:  "I was told you're over HR and payroll, is that correct?"
me:  "How can I help you?"
Donna:  "Ahem.....well, never mind, thank you."

Dawn left a message stating that she wanted to ask and HR related question.  I won't be calling her back.

Just received a call from 214-603-3719 asking who she could talk to about an HR related issue. She said she was from Bryan Bishop's office. We thought it was a sales call so we just "took a message".

Got the exact same message.  Def a sales call.

Dawn Garcia from Bryan Bishop's office just left me a voice message wanting to "ask a question".  Since her voice sounded familiar I Googled and came up with another phone number 214-361-6018 when a "Dawn Phelps" from Bryan Bishop's office called many other times.  There are a few Bryan Bishops in Dallas, TX but my guess is Dawn (whatever her last name is today) is calling to solicit information regarding your payroll provider - Brian Bishop - Payroll Success.  Funny how they just won't let up.  Did not answer and will not return the call.
