This number just called me 15 times saying they're ready to issue an arrest warrant and call my job the lady is very rude and obnoxious total scam and the dude has a middle eastern accent

Two wks ago I got a messg from a guy wks a thick accent saying something about getting a lawye and a sheriff would be coming to my home unless I call back immediately. I brushed it off as,a scam. Today this number keeps calling so I push decline then my teen son answered no the guy kept saung I talk to kristy no my son said no no the guy is shouting do not interupr ME!!  Kristy calls or attorney or she go to jail  so then I seen a vm on phone and its this guy says his name is vob johnson or maybe thompson?  Said dont disregard thus call!  Do Not disregard !  If you do all I can do is wish you good know luck on whats will unfold  bye!  Very mean and shouting!  This is horrible!!!!    Feel sorry for those scammed!

They just called my husband and threatened to have him arrested. They said we owe them $8000 for a payday loan we never took out! The guy that called, Sheldon (yea right!) kept saying something about internet fraud and how we owe them money! They have my husband's SS number and bank account number, so I WILL be reporting them to my local FBI office!!!!! VERY SCAREY STUFF!!!!!!

These people are ridiculous. When they called me it was very scarey. I feel now I have to change my whole identity because of them.

this number left me a message from a rude and threatening middle eastern man who stated my ss number, dob, home address, DL #, bank name and even the last digits of my bank account #. He said that his name is Mark and that he is from a law firm but did not say the name of it. He said that he will be sending a sheriff to my house and gave the date and time that I would be "taken to jail". This is ridiculous..has anyone else heard from him. He will not see any money from me and is a lunatic.

i had the same call when called back couldnt understand  was transferred toa woman she was telling me they had criminal charges against me for something when i kept asking questions became rude then transferred me to a:troy martin: this man cussed me like i was somekind of dog   called me all kinds of names  i hung up on him went to a lawyer  they say this is scam artist they talk so fast and sound so real  scary bunch

I just got this call and it freaked me out! They told me that I have a lawsuit against my social and that I will be arrested for 10-12 days for an investigation about a loan that I never payed back and they have been trying to take the money out of my account but my checks kept bouncing, they also told me that there would be a sheriff waiting at my work for me on Monday morning. I'm seriously hoping that this is just a scam but its still really scary....

OMG!  I could have written your comment.  "Alex" called me too!  Aside from not understanding a single word he said he was very rude and I was told not to interupt him or ask any questions until he was done.  I asked him how much I "owed" and when he said $8000 I laughed.  He said,"Are you laughing?" and I said yes.  He replied, "You will be arrested tomorrow".  Then, he promptly hung up on me.  Hang in there people, let's get these S.O.B.'s shut down.  We have enough problems in this world without having freeloaders like this try to earn their $.05 for the day!  I'm going to FTC.gov and Do Not Call.gov right now.  What really pisses me off the most is that in reality there is really nothing we can do.

This company is a scam.  Received a call today saying I owed for a payday loan that has been paid years ago, they said the company was US Cash Net.  I asked that the paperwork be forward to me, so I could give it to my attorney and told me that I will be arrested because he was putting the paperwork through.  I called the company US Cash Net and they said "don't pay them any money", they don't use third parties to collect their debts.

these idiots just called me and threaten me with the police and legal action for a cash advance I never took out. when I asked the guy his name he gave me an ordinary american name, liars..then kept hanging up the phone..i will be reporting them not just to the FTC but to the cops.

Scam, please report to FTC so action will be taken. They threatened me with legal action and even jail (lol yeah right) and wanted me to get a greendot moneypak for $989.00 and give them the 14 digit number. They are so dumb, you can only load up to 500 on them, it says on the back. Dont fall for this scam and please report them to the FTC.

They called me too, wanted me to go to CVS and get a greendot moneypak for $989.00 and call them back. I called them back and asked for a name they gave me with a different last name that I made up. They actually said they were the made up name I gave them, what morons. I gave them a fake greendot card number and they called me back and said it was invalid..duh. So I gave them another number and changed 1 digit. So then they asked me to fax it to 941-527-0209. Which I said I would..witch I wont..lol. I also reported them to the FTC which everyone should in order for it to receive any attention. Till then I'm just going to keep messing with them as they did me. They just called again saying they didnt get fax yet...what a bunch of bafoons.

i have had the same thing 4 or 5 times threatening me with arrest and wishing me luck with the judge saying that I commited fraud and will be facing conviction....it is a scam and i have reported it as well

Okay,  so i'm at work and get this phone call that i'm being sued, and i go for wat she say you are not aware of a lawsuit i go no. She say let me transfer you to someone who can help you. He gets on the phone talking about i took out a loan with American Cash and i need to pay $689 today or i'm going to jail at 11a.m. in the morning. I aint even gonna lie they scared the Sh*t out of me talking about jail. I say i don't owe nobody anything, he say well at 11a.m. someone will come to your job and serve you with some papers and then you will be arrested and held in jail for 10-12 days then go before a judge and then i'm gona have to pay over $8000 in fees. So i'm all scared bout to setup a pay arrangement with them and i call my husband to let him know wats going on. HE goes baby that doesn't make any sense! When i tried to setup payment, he said his name was Danny Watson said go to walmart, kroger , Cvs, or walgreens get a green dot money pak and call back with the fourteen digits off the back of the card so we can resolve this matter otherwise tomorrow you are going to jail. My husband calls back acting as my attorney and they told him we will call you back then they called me back going crazy!

So these people have been calling my cell, work and home number stating that they need to talk to me cause its very urget. When i return the call to Austin Jones(dont think its real name) he was rude and told me he will have no choice but to turn me in to the police if i dont send some money. First off he sounds like he is from the middle east  and dont talk very good english. After he claim he couldnt hear me and hang the phone up on me, someone else called me. I told that person i didnt want to talk to him I wanted to talk to Austin Jones, he then put me on hold and said he would call me back in 15mins, when i called them back they said i took out a loan from American Cash, and they were from Devon Port Law Firm. He was rude and when i got rude back with him he said have my attorney contact him or wait for the police to come to me job at 11am tomorrow. ROTFLMAO! They are such a joke. I have tired calling them back and its always busy now.

This number keeps calling my number and threatening to call the cops and send security to my job. I called back and told them that I called the authorities and they hung up.

I recieved a phone call from a different number with the same intentions of scaming me out of 710$ now i called the police and they said that they are a scam artist. It is very scary when they inform you of the situation however do not fall for this scam. I called them back and asked them for proof of the lawsuit and they started swearing and cussing me out. I just got a call from this number.The man stated that I owe money from a payday loan. He could not speak very good english..He asked if I will have a attorney present.I then knew it was a scam. I had a similar call last month.

i received a call from this number claiming to be a law office saying that i have over 8000 in payday loans from cash usa and that was a lie! the person said he was austin jones and did not sound like the name fit him. when i told him i did not have any loans from them he told me to get a lawyer because the police were going to come to my job and arrest me. he also read off something on a paper stating what would happen to me if the amount was not paid. so i hung up, and then call back demanding to speak to a supervisor or someone who spoke english and he said very rudely you are going to jail and he said i hung up on him; then he called me a f****ng bi***! so i then looked it up and see these other people comments on this number...thank you for posting your comments about these people.

Very rude and vulgar. Said they were calling from Davenport Law Office. I asked for eamil addresses and they spelled out things that are not fit to puto on this website . I asked for his website and he gave me asktheexpert.com . Don't send these people money!

Just got a call from this number very rude could not tell me what company they were from please report them to the police said i had to send them cash money for a debt or police would come to my house and arrest me

Just got a phone call from a Middle Eastern man named "Alex"...which is a pretty rare Middle Eastern name if I say so myself. Anyway, he left a message on my voicemail to return his call or have my attorney call him. He was very rude and very threatening. He said "If you or your attorney do not return this call...""I wish you luck with this situation. Goodbye." I had another call similar to this about a month ago. I called my local sherriff's dept and I was told that these people are in Pakistan and they are using some sort of router to attain a phone number from the US. SCARY STUFF!

They leave threatening messages cause they are wimps scared of saying those words in person. They are wimps who start trouble, run away and hide. Too scared to take responsibility.

They started calling me just a few mins ago with a story that they got a judgement against me from a loan I never took out! When I called them on it, they started using profanity ..I called them back several times and the cussed me out every time! lol Now the phone is off the hook! Don't fall for this scam!!
