Got a call today from Swr saying urgent I call right away. They actually called my wife's cell phone that I don't ever use. I have no clue how they got her number with my name!

Have been receiving calls from this number frequently for several months now.  I receive the calls at my work number, which I inherited when I joined this team. I have received numerous messages indicating that they have tried countless times to reach me with important information regarding my financial accounts and it is imperative that I call back by COB.  I finally called back to see what it was regarding, just in case by some chance, this was intended or me. It was not. I spoke with someone who indicated that she would update the file to reflect that the number is incorrect, but I still keep receiving calls.  I am just ignoring them and deleting the messages. Very annoying!

I got a call from this number. 3 times. Didn't pick up since I usually don't pickup numbers I don't know of and because I get a lot of telemarketers calling me. Anyway, some lady left a message in a foreign language I couldn't understand. It was some south pacific language maybe Pilipino or Vietnamese.

I am receiving calls from someone from 214-628-8527 who is calls asking to speak with Ms. Thomas.  I have told them several times (including today) to stop calling and they continue to do so.  I am submitting a complaint via the BBB and FTC websites.

I just got a message on my home phone from a Jim Moore with SWR Associates saying to call him back right away about a 2012 tax audit and a one time offer to help us. The number he left is 866-558-3328 ext 2219.  I am not falling for these scams!  If it is real then wouldn't they send a letter? With so many scams going on nowadays do they really get people to fall for these?

I too have been called by these jokes,I never have had a bank account, yet I am said to have hot checks in Dallas, but don't live there,class action suit,I'm all for it!

I received a call from this Mark Blue regarding a hot check with my name and social on it. I haven't written any checks in a very long time. He doesn't even say who's name is on the check in question.

Write them a letter.  State that under the Fair Debt Collection Act, you do not wish to be called at your place of employment, your home, cell phone or receive any other communication from them.  Please send this letter certified.  This is call a "cease and desist" letter.  They can be sued for harassing you at work, abusive or rude behavior.  They are also not allowed to discuss your debt with third parties...they may inquire where you are, but not discuss your personal business.

i get calls daily from this number and they never ask my name just demand personal information which i would never give unless i knew them.  IM glad to hear IM not alone and this is a scam.  ill help in any way.

Says that his name is Mark Blue calling from Southeast Enforcement stating that he got name and social security number that has come across his desk. Imperative that you or your representative call immediately to 214.628.8512.

I have received several calls at work from SW Recovery by Mark Blue.  I have given him my cell a couple times, and he still calls my work number!  Not once, since I've given him my cell, has he called!  He makes a person NOT want to settle any "debts" he claims has crossed his desk.  I have told him I am unable to use my work phone, and yet he continues to call it!  Rude, and arrogant as if this "debt" is owed to him personally!

Mark Luke has called twice and left messages on my voice mail, with 214-628-8512 as a callback number .  He states he has a "hot check" from me connected to my social security number.  He never mentions my name.  He states that I or my representative must contact him or he will do something without my permission.

I received call from this mark guy. He had my info regarding personal information. He said he was with sw& r association. I hung up on him cuz he was very rude and wanting more information. I looked up the company info and it was a different number that her had called me from. 7278713434 is the number I found on the website n it was him again... Really get a life n quit trying to take money from people that make an honest living ...

I got a call from this # and didn't know what was going on.  They were able to give me very beneficial information, and I was able to resolve the claim.  This is one of the better companies that I've dealt with.  People have to understand these people have a job to do, and just because they are debt collectors there are going to be complaints.

Mark Blue from "Southwest Enforcement" called me as well and left a voicemail saying he needs to speak with me regarding a "hot check that came across his desk with my name on it" - B***S***!  I haven't written a check in over 10 years.  Plus, the message was obviously pre-recorded because he left the exact same message twice in a row, on the same voicemail.  What a clown.

I just wish they'd stop calling me 6 times a day.  Enough is enough.

THIS MARK BLUE IS QUITE A JERK. HE GIVES NO INFO AND RECEIVES NO INFORMATION. GIVE IT UP MR. BLUE YOU ARE A JERK!

Got a message from Mark Blue telling me to return the call regarding "information with our name & SSI on it" that came across his desk & i BETTER had called him back before 5pm or he would be making decisions on the matter at hand.

Bullying & Threats get you no where with me.....

i was contacted by a man, first, they called my work directly, and were very verbally abusive to me and wanted all kinds of information from me to verify work, home address. I told him i was not allowed to receive personal phone calls at work, and that he would get me fired. I told him i would not discuss any matter with him and hung up, he then called my cell phone and left a (very urgent message) that if i didnt call him back i would be facing civil prosecution. I called when i had a break at work, asked the male that answered the phone to identify himself and the company and he told me he didnt have to provide me with any information, and that even though i was in a hurry to get back to work, it wasnt his problem, and he would be dictated by my urgent need to get back to work, he was verbally abusive, refused to give me any information, and i finally hung up on him.I am looking at the long list of abused complaints, and if and when there is a class action suit against these individuals, i would be more than happy to pay to have them stopped.I think now, i am going to have some fun, i will get the address of this grossly negligent mark blue and paste it all over the internet. ima calling now...will tell you the results, well, of course no one answers at 9pm, his office is in dallas texas,the name on the recording is Mark Blue(hmmm,blue is for ..what exactly)

Received a call from Mark Blue. He said he was with "SWR & Associates" in Dallas, Texas. He asked what number I had been contacted at and I gave him said number. He ask for my son. I ask what it was in reference too. He said they were an attorney referral service. I ask why my son would need an attorned referral service he already had an attorney. He said "Alright, have his attorney call me before 5:00 today."

Not likely!!  He was not forthcoming with any other information. I still don't know exactly what the call was about but am pretty sure he is a bill collector.  I do not like people who are not honest and forthcoming with what they are calling about. They will get as much information from me as they are willing to give to me. NONE.  Their business practices have earned them a horrible and well deserved reputation and I will not do business with them. (Bill collectors in general.) If I owe a "company" money, THEY need to contact me. It will have been an oversight and they will get their money if they can prove I owe it but turning me over to a collection agency will not result in a favorable outcome.

They did not leave their name but it was a female. Left a VM saying that today they are holding an audit on my personal finances and to further discuss this matter please call 866-558-3328 x 2209.

Does anyone know why kind of debt they are trying to collect? Medical?

I requested paperwork, from the caller... I was told I received paperwork in 2008 and again in 2009. I have a traumatic brain injury, suffered in 2005, I have no memory of that time period to date, I have no organizational skills left from my TBI. I was told by your "employee" I am better now, funny how the doctor, who's bill they were collecting for, said that is no longer possible for me to get better, and I have to learn to live with this. All I am requesting is paperwork. I have legal rights to request that phone calls end and this servers as written notification to your company. I am not leaving my phone number Several of your employees with the same voce have said their names are: Mark, Jim Moore
Several of the phone numbers are: 214-628-8512, 214-628-8518, 214-387-8068, 866-558-3328 ext 2210, 214-628-8534. I have also received previous phone calls from 2 disconnected numbers, one belonging to a computer sales company, which I informed their number was being used in a scam. The police also told me not to give out any information over the phone.
