Jim Moore with this company continues to call . When supposedly we reached an agreement I asked for a settle ment letter and he refused. This company is a scam. He wont answer the phone when I call now, and I have asked for his supervisor to call nothing. This is BS. and they wont get a penny out of me.. take me to court I know my rights!

Tip: we use Google Voice to record all their calls. They HATE that! I've tried to make payments TWICE and they are refused! I've been hung up on, threatened, and laughed at...AND I've got the recordings to prove it!

We have asked not to be called at a specific number, and yet it continues. FDCPA violation!!! It. Is. ON!

THEY PICKED THE WRONG PEOPLE TO MESS WITH! We personally know the owner of the "client" they bought (past tense) debts from, and when we told them what was going on, the client was shocked and embarrassed! In addition, they won't be hiring Dietz in the future. Here's the score...Me: 1...SWR: 0.

Stevie Dietz, Ricky Williams and Jim-bob More (it's misspelled in their system on purpose) break the law. I will work HARD to make sure they go out of business.

Collection Agencies represent creditors and are hired to collect debts owed to those creditors. The creditors furnish information about the debtors to the collection agencies, including the amount of the debt and how to contact the debtor. That information may be incorrect. If contacted by a collection agency having incorrect information about an obligation you supposedly owe, go back to the creditor to correct the error, if you cannot straighten out the mistake with the agency.

If a collection agency keeps calling you after you have asked them to stop or if they are abusive to you, there are steps you can take. You can complain to the creditor the agency represents. If the problems continue, you can complain to the Bureau about the agency and the creditor if the creditor did not take steps to control their agency's actions.

Collection agency practices are regulated by state and federal laws. You may obtain free information about allowed and prohibited practices by calling the Texas Attorney General at 800-252-8011 and the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357.

Caller leaves a voicemail recording stating that he is the director or advisor of legal services and that he has an affidavit regarding a loan on his desk and that it is imperative that I call him today regarding this issue.  Identifies himself as Jim Moore, phone is 866-558-3328 ext.2223.  Very convenient that who he represents is not divulged. I record all the voice mails, but haven't a clue what to do with em.y
