Just got a call from these people and they said I had a payday loan from dec 2011 and they are going to sue me .

Tracey Johnson also called me at my place of employment and left me the same message.  If there are any court procedings documentation should be sent in the mail.

Since June, 2012, the BBB Houston began receiving numerous complaints that are exhibiting the following pattern.

According to complaints, consumer?s are alleging they are receiving harassing calls from Westwood Mediation stating they are investigators not bill collectors. They are calling numerous times a day, at the consumers employer, home and contacting family members. They are also alleging the business states that they will garnish the consumers wages and threaten to prosecute. When the consumer requests proof of debt none is provided. Consumers are being contacted for a debt that is several years old.

Please understand that this company is not an accredited business or registered with the BBB. However, the BBB processes complaints for both credited and non accredited businesses. Complaints are reported once they have closed and will remain on the company?s report for 36 months.

called about an amount owed and offered to reduce it!  

Whose number is this.  They   said Loan Mediation services.  I have no way of checking this,,they want me to give them 200 over the phone

Called me at work and left a message with the receptionist that a courier was going to deliver me court papers tomorrow at my place of employment. Totally bogus. I'm not falling for their scam. Tracy Johnson was the caller from Westwood Mediation @ 214-666-8323. SCAM!

I have been getting calls daily from a 412-342-8630 number stating they are form loan meidcaiton stating I owe money for a pay day loan I took out on 2010 and did not pay back.  They then referred me to 214-666-8323 who would take care of my payment.  I contacted the company they state I took the loan from and they do not have me n their database.   They harrass me daily call me daily and call from all different numbers.  It sickning because they have all my perosnal information and I cannot find out if its a legite company.  I reported all these numbers to the FTC.

They are scammers. They use scare tactics to gain money from you. They need information from you and the only way to get it is if you give it to them. If you ever got an online advance that is how they gain your information. But they don't see it all, they only get bits and pieces. I just got a call from them too and asked who the claim was supposeably from and they stated PC North American. I asked for the number so I could call them directly and get things figured out and the reply I got was "I got the loan I should know how to reach them". I googled the name given to me and came up with nothing. After debating with them and telling them I fell prey to this type of scam once before that I would just wait for the petition from the courts for me to appear in court to settle this case they got huffy and hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION FOR YOUR BANK OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! Believe me, it took a long time but I got back the money I was scammed out of years ago. But the ones who scammed me gave me a name of someone I actually had a balance with that I was working out payment arrangements. So when I paid the people calling on their behalf I found out they weren't affiliated with them and I was scammed out of that money and still had to pay the other people. So, if you get a call stating anything that you money on dont give them any information even if they have correct information from who you borrowed from. Instead call that company you borrowed from directly and ask if they had someone trying to collect for them and explain the call.

Said that they were from a legal dept.  Caller ID showed the name of Westwoodmediation. Her name:  Ann Paige. I said it was illegal to call people @ work about pay day loans. She said she has been doing this for years.

Is this a legitimate company?

Said that I had an unpaid loan from December 2011.

Said that she was Anne Paige, and to please call her immediately regarding a claim against me and my social security number.
