they called me 14 times in one day, David something and Stacy Clinton (lady on what not to wear's name) when I called them out with their request for up front money and stopped answering they kept leaving me recordings, I saved one just in case. However there is a legit company by that name in Dallas TX and I thought about calling them and reporting.

I got scammed out of 300! Then they called repeatedly trying to get more money out of me!!
disgusted 2014-03-08 18:19:20 Unknown
I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry concerning this number. Upon asking that my name and number be removed, the jerk wad on the other end proceeded to make kissing noises and tell me how much he loved me, if I had had my whistle handy he would have been deaf, I hung up before he could finish whatever disgusting statement he was about to make.

I love messing with these clowns, it's amazing that folks still fall for these scams.

I am glad that you aren't bothered by having "BUSTED" on your comment....I have been anxiously waiting to see it put there! If you would put as much effort into finding and keeping a REAL job, as you do trying to scam people and make shill comments, you would probably make more money, and making it legally at that! Wouldn't that be better?? Have a super nice day "BUSTED!!" :)
Gallus 2014-03-04 20:26:07 Unknown
Yes, this is a recent addition to the 800notes site - we love to see the "Red Stamp of Doom" on shill and troll posts!
Whatever 2014-03-04 15:13:12 Unknown
So, let me get this right..."YOUR" address is 2828 North Harwood Street, and the "bank is very close to you." Hmmmm, this is odd, because when I looked up "Forest Payday" THEIR address is 2828 North Harwood Street. Also, their telephone number is 888-885-8208. AND, on their website, the name of their business is simply "Forest Payday." This is because they are NOT a bank, but a payday loan company. Yet, you are posting about this "magnicient" BANK, and you are claiming their telephone number is 214-716-7489. It seems to me, you are the "MOTHER F****NG INDIANS" who searched the internet for a payday loan service to hide behind, got a Magic Jack telephone number to make your fraudulent calls, and now are making shill posts. You have made TONS of mistakes in your posts and are making a pitiful attempt to still salvage your scamming scheme. Simply put, YOU are a fake, YOU are the scammer and YOU have suffered an EPIC FAIL. Good luck with that "VALID BANK and the AFFECT OUR BELIEVE IN VALID THING." Sheeeeeesh..what a douche!
Whatever 2014-03-04 14:51:55 Unknown
Tamianth, LOVE your post!! And yes, what an "epic fail" on this jerk's part! Isn't it amazing that they think they're "flying under the radar" with their posts, trying to make it seem like they hate scammers and that "Forest Payday Bank" is real. It is amazingly obvious that they are shills!! Indeed EPIC FAIL in a pitiful attempt to scrounge up some business for their illegal and scum sucking business. I can't wait for this guy to get the "BUSTED" stamp on his post!
Whatever 2014-03-04 12:32:05 Unknown
What part of put the BUSINESS ADDRESS of this "Forest Payday Bank" don't you understand? We don't want your home address....we want the business address of this "bank" that is on the "perfect documents" from the magnificent bank" that you got your loan from. I'm sure a legitimate business will have their address on one of the envelopes or somewhere within the paperwork. And, you should really brush up on your English...the many aliases that you're using to make these bogus posts, is really pitiful! It's pretty easy to spot a scamming foreigner with such crappy English and misspelling the same word(s) in so many different posts! Hahahaha!! You are SUCH a shill!!

I'm so tickled to see "busted" over the shill postings. This is the first time I have seen this...is this done by 800notes? This absolutely cracks me up and I smile to see this on each scam post by these jerks!! I noticed they never provided a business address. I would love to see every single scam payday loan site shut down......we can only hope!
Badge714 2014-03-03 15:52:30 Unknown
Just posting this should someone stumble upon the thread. Advance fee loan folks! SCAM! Wire transfer makes it 110% Scam. Do a little homework on how wire transfers are to be used. . . and a loan isn't one of them.

I googled "payday forest bank" and got nine matches.
The first match is THIS THREAD. All of the others are sites talking about 'Payday Forest Bank' as an illegal "advance fee" scam. One victim said she wired $150, then another $250. She only balked at a third request for another $200. Now she's boo hooing that she and hubby are senior citizens and disabled. How can you be a senior citizen when you were obviously just born yesterday?? Sigh!
You would think that all of these posts saying "This is a valid bank. I walked up to the valid window and talked to a valid lady with valid shoes on her valid feet." would scare literally EVERYONE off. But no, there's still more suckers lined up waiting to be taken.
ted 2014-02-28 19:52:16 Unknown
Payday Forest Bank is an advance fee scam. You have to send them a payment of $200 or so to get the loan. Once they have your money, you never hear from them again.

Just so everyone is clear on the subject. Payday loans are governed. In some states they are not legal at all. And advanced fee loans are illegal period. Even a bank has to obey the payday loan laws when dealing with payday loans.

Is it NOT amazing how SO MANY people just happened to log comments within a few minutes of each other on the same subject!!!!! Bear in mind, most people come here to COMPLAIN out a service, not praise it.
Badge 714 has excellent advise on combating these SHILLS.
