I just received a call from 214-731-4092 emma sanders.  she stated that i have 48 to 72 hours to call and schedule a place to meet or they will be delivering an order of legal document to my employers address.  she gave me a case number of PMS-41254.  Is this a scam?

I also received a phone call from this number 214-731-4092. I returned the call only to have it ring forever, before a recorded voice asked me for my docket number! <-- HUH?? I don't have one & haven't a clue what it could be . . .
I think it's a scam BIG TIME!

I received a call from 214-731-4092 a Ms Mathews, not only on my cell, but they also left a message on my work phone. They were wanting to service me with papers from a collection agency Apriom or something. They were insisting on serving them at my place of employment with my supervisor present. I offered to meet them at the police department ,but they were insisting they service them at my employer's office. I am hiring an attorney to get the bottom of this.

yes, a desperate call from Carly Inez from JNR Processing, stating I was going to be served some papers for a payday loan that I never took out 3 years ago. According to Carly Inez, she is going to be at my house in an hour to serve me papers, with a police officer. I guess I will wait for her not to arrive with nothing happening. I believe this is a scam, it is a good convincing one, but a scam.

I just received a call from "Carly Inez" from JNR Processing saying she had a summons for me to appear in court. When I told her I googled her and the company, she replied "No, you didn't. This is my first day and I will see you in an hour at your place of work with a uniformed police officer."
Well it's been over an hour now and nothing. I also noticed her name popping up a lot on this thread which kind of puts her "It's my first day argument to rest"
This is a scam. Nothing more. I suggest you call the number back and tell her you know it is a scam. I have unlimited minutes on my phone so I'll be calling her back a lot. There is one way to stop these calls and that is to give them a taste of their own medicine. Keep calling them back and threaten legal action against them. They prey on he weak and I will not take this sitting down. It's time these trolls get what they deserve..

They left a message on my machine for "Amy Gomez" which I am pretty sure is my husband's ex-wife's most recent last name.  She's never lived here or had this number and they have been divorced for 20 years so not sure why these people would be calling this number to try to reach her.  Anyway they said she needed to go to the county court house or she would be served at her home or business. Regardless of who the message is for I don't appreciate them leaving that kind of threatening crap on my machine.

I just received 3 phone call today from a Carlie Inez saying a court summons was coming to my job and she transferred me to another rude lady who told me I needed a defense attorney to go to court. But when I told her to send me something in the mail she began to become irate!!! I offered $50 but she wanted more money. ($300) minimum. I know most companies will take any amount of money!!! So I told her to come to my job then and im in Cleveland, Oh.

I just got a call from this number and "Carly Inez" said she would be at my home with in the hour to serve me papers with a uniformed officer. At the begining of the call she said that she only had my work address and not my home address. She wouldn't tell me what the call was pertaining to and she conferenced me in with "Someone else" and it was her.  The person was really rude and she told me they were going to garnish my wages and I reply I don't owe child support and in the state of Texas that is one of the only reasons the state will garnish.  Then when they asked me about my job I said I don't go to the office so don't waste their time going there and she called me a Losser and hung up on me.  I called her back five times and she screamed at me and hung up each time.  Then the last time she said she was coming to my home and if I wasn't here she was going to my job.  I told her ok do what you have to do and she hung up.  So I will see if she shows up.

Today I missed 2 calls from 214-731-4092 on my personal cell pone, left a 3 min message, could not understand a word of it.  I called the number with no answer, hung up and immediately received a call back asking for someone by the name of Storie.  Told them they had the wrong number, she replied "sure I do" and started in suggesting I was this person, told her not to call my number again.  Woman got very rude, I hung up, and yes they are continuing to call.          Marshall, Texas

Today i received a call from a Kylie Inez who said that I had to appear in my County's Courthouse.  No information was provided on their client, reason for the message......nothing.
I am a victim of identy theft and I am still working to dig myself out from the mess that was created.  I'm not sure if the two are connected.  Since I have an attorney I deal with, I just gave them the number to follow up with Ms. Inez.  If it is a scam, I will just ignore it.

This Bella lady called  my job. Told my co worker needed to talk to me and it was important. I get on the phone and she asks for my address and my ssn. I never provided it so she gave me another number to call. 855-402-4092. I looked this number up as well and found soooooo many complaits on it. I look up the case number that Bella gave me in my county website. NOTHING. This is a total scam/con! I received another call from her today on my personal cell phone. I let her know that she was scamming and that I will be reporting her to TX Attorney General's office. I asked for her last name and she said "Sawyer'' then I asked for the name of the company and she hung up. What company will call you before they serve you court papers?

I got the same call today, except she didn't call me she called an old contact phone number, which is a family member's. She said to call her or she will serve me papers at my work.  I live in a different state in which the phone number is from.... Wtf?!

Got a call today on my phone and the message was left for someone else and that her name was Bella Sawyer a process server and that they need the social security number so they could serve the person. why in the world would a process server call and ask for a social security number of someone.

first a lady call she did nt say her name or the company name she said she has sum papers for me to go to court an she don t no who the papers r from (wow) wtf. then a man call he say his name is Robert they need to stop callin my job an they need to stop NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Got same type of call from this number regarding process serving and I'm not even in same state. Sounds like a scam.

RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT WAS MOSTLY INAUDIBLE EXCEPT THE WOMANS NAME WAS BELLA SOMTHING FROM SOME SORT OF PROCESSING SERVICE. MENTIONED AN ORDER OR PROCESS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT IN MY COUNTY.. HAVE NO IDEA WHO SHE IS OR WHAT SHE WANTS. THIS IS THE SAME NUMBER THAT HAD BEEN CALLING MANY TIMES WITH A MAN CHATTING ABOUT A YEAR AGO. MY GUESS IS THAT THESE ARE THROW AWAY CELL PHONES AND THEY ARE USED TO HARASS PEOPLE. BEING IN THE LEGAL ARENA, I CAN TELL YOU THAT NO MARSHALL OR PROCESS SERVER CALLS PRIOR TO THE DELIVERING A SUMMONS SINCE THEY PICK IT UP DIRECTLY FROM AN ATTORNEY AND IT IS TOTALLY COMPLETED BY THAT TIME. THIS IS A SCAM AS I OWE NOBODY A DIME.BELL
