RECEIVED a phone call regarding some paper work, that this guy named RON SIMMONS, wanting to meet up outside my work place to hand me legal paperwork? Then said if we don't meet up I will soon be arrested? Then I started to ask plenty of questions but didn't answer any of them. Then he said let me transfer you so he did just that...but the funny part was when he transferred me there was no legit kind of transfer it was like if he handed the phone next to him and then again I ask questions and he didnt have answers so I soon Hung-up then kept getting calls stating I owe money? I just laugh and ignore the calls

They have contacted ex's of mine saying all the same got paper have me meet them 72 hours to call back. Can this ne legal?

I got the same message stating there was a summons to be served. The caller claimed they called my job but was told that i was not in, which is a lie because I answer the phones!!!... Whoever this fool is stated he wants me to call him back to meet him someplace to get the paperwork. I guess he thinks I am as stupid as he is. Why would I meet someone I don't know anything about because he claims he has legal paperwork?. He could be a serial killer, rapist or anything. Could not make out his name or his company name.

Same scam as above- collection agency that is trying to get you to pay off a debt. How would a process server do a 3 way call to the collection agency and have the reference number.

Called saying they wanted to serve summons, said they called my work. they wanted a call back or they would send the summons back refused. The funny thing is a processor will not contact you to get served, they will come to your house. I'm sure its a scam, maybe collection agency. They said they are from JDC.
