Bogus a** company. I called to ask them to verify the name of the law office they work out of.Tim Hoffman just kept insisting that he couldnt tell me cuz he didnt know if I was a serial killer out to get them. I mean come on I am just trying to get info to send a letter requesting the calls to stop. I am so upset that they try to pull this s*** on ppl. I am so happy I didnt fall for this. No company in its right mind would not provide you with contact information if they are going to supposidly resolve the issues. And becuz of the way they talked to me, I am even more confident that its all FAKE!! They would of had a better chance of getting my money if they were more professional and knew what they were talking about.

They said there name is Legal Mediation Services and they only have a PO BOX 5619 Houston, Texas.

These clowns just called me one said he was a "detective" and once he verified I was who I said I was he said asked me if I received some kind of letter at an address and I told him no.  

He then put me on hold and connected me to "Brain Austin" he went on to say that I had two felony warrants that were going to be put out for my arrest once the judge signs off on them.

This is a bunch of BS and probably some kind of scam!  I called back and let him know that I am MARRIED to a federal judge and 1) I haven't done anything to commit a felony whch means NO JUDGE will sign on anything without probable cause and 2) if I DID I would know about it.

I know ALOT about criminal law having had relatives in the system; he has me confused with someone who, I assume is afraid of them.

I woke up to a voicemail from "detective Dan"  for a guy that had my number before me, i get a lot of debt collectors calling for him. When I called they answered "processing center" I told them they had the wrong number and he started to demand to talk to my parents!? And yelling. I'm 25. I called back and this time they answered "(can't remember exactly) collections" I asked them to remove my number. He said okay and hung up on me, then I looked this up? Isn't this illegal? How can I report this person?

This is illegal under the FTC regulations. Get as much info as you can and report it.

My husband received a phone call from this number asking for a mutual friend to call Detective Dan Bourne back. Said our friend had pending felony charges. After searching several different county records for the supposed charges our friend was facing, we typed in the number into google and found this report.

This a** need to stop but how

that a** whole had me believing him, until he got all weird yelling at me on the phone... That s*** should be illegal

Got the same call guy said the same thing told me I had 2 choices to turn myself in& pay 25,000 bond to get out or money gram him $1929.00.

I've received several calls from this number and this morning from a different "214" number.  Claimed he is with a law office.
