Well I just want to say I just got hired there and now its the senior assistance program and they are offering the same free medical alert system. They are catching them by telling them they are going to get $3000 in grocery coupons. They tell you not to hang up on them, dont give up on them. Its sad cause I felt something wasnt right, I am so more upset that I was a part of it all. Im glad I looked up information about them before I went another day. Where do they get the money from to pay people everyday? That I hope isnt those poor people money!! With people like them you never know.I dont even want whatever money they have for me now , and thats real!! They need to be shut down!!!

I have worked for this company for almost a year.  I am a college educated professional but due to health circumstances I am limited.  My paycheck has always been correct.  The managers and owners are extremely nice.  It is a very comfortable environment.  As with all telemarketing companies you have a revolving door but I have made so many friends with the people there. It is a very professional place. There is nothing illegal about it.  It irritates me  to see people writing such terrible things about our managers.  The only thing you have to do is your job and we are paid well.  If I call in sick I can always reach someone.  All the people named are very nice and I cannot understand why people are so hateful.  We are treated very well in this place.

I received a call from yet another SCAM from this addreaa,  i called thr FBI , altamont' sherriff ,   and my local police.  I SUGGEST ALL DO THE SAME

Maybe if enough people complain they will shut these criminals down. The company is actually Elite Information Solutions Inc run by a jerk named Michael Hilgar.

I too worked for them... for 3 days, back when they were scamming on an energy inspection scheme.  I can verify they called themselves Elite Information Solutions. You should post this stuff to reddit. Those folks have a way of getting things done. Just look at the Applebees backlash going on now.

The name of the company is the Credit Voice.  The address that they are calling from is 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, FL.  Mike Hilgar is the manager of this telemarketing firm.

Their license number is TC2980. Let them know this when you call to complain!!!!

They all are coke addicts. They steal money from senior citizens and f*** employee's. Mostly (90%) of the employee's actually are addicted to drugs. Mostly pills and cocaine. Honestly, if they didn't have half the local cops paid under their belt, they'd already be shut down. The department of agriculture came to investigate about 3 months ago. All the owner's dipped out the backdoor before they were questioned. Chris the supervisor told the authorities that he was a hall monitor. They got a $250,000.00 fine. They are paying it in in increments. Don't work for this company!!!!!

This company is calling my elderly sick aunt. They call her land line and cell phone all hours, day and night. The numbers calling her is 256 585-6615 and 205 677-7487. The last number says Chelsea, AL. The first number or the 256 number is out of Huntsville,AL from what I can find out. Neither of these 2 numbers will accept incoming calls. They use long distance number so people can't block their calls. You can not block long distance numbers on a landline. I contacted AT&T regarding her cell phone. They gave her free service called Smart Limits for 3 months. Normally it costs $4.99 a month. After they did that I went in on her AT&T account via Internet and typed in those 2 numbers to block her cell phone from accepting those calls. If her landline carrier, which is Century Link, for all of her area. She lives in Marion County, Alabama would make it where you could block long distance numbers, that creep couldn't continue to give everyone grief. From what I can find out all hardwired phone lines can't block long distance numbers. It doesn't matter which carrier it is. I've filed complaints with her local police Dept, the FCC, the Public Service Commission and even Federal Trade commission in Washington, DC. I'm currently filing a complaint with the Attorney General for Alabama. I'm like a dog with a bone. I'm not just going to sit back while he is harassing our old people who have always been productive, hard working citizens. They need peace in their life and not the piece of low life getting away with his scams.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Okay, I think we all may have worked together. lol So funny Chris and his fat bald a** talking s*** all the time. Please. Trash. And the no car thing...That should be the first sign you wont be getting paid when the "manager" is vehicle-less. LOSER.

I worked for this company for less than a week. Then when I get my check they only pay me for three hours. Made them aware of the mistake that was in august its october and I have not been paid.  I have filef a complaint with DOL because now Mike in payroll is saying they dont owe me for the 7 hours missing out of,mycheck. U have owners of the company bragging about his maseratti and BMW.but u they  cant pay ur employees. You can never reach any one on the office and mike in payrolll wont return phone calls at all.  Veryunprofessional place only people that make money r the owners.

I have been doing some research and found something that you ex-employees might be interested in.   This is not Michael Hilgar's first time of being accused of scamming people at that same Casselberry location.  Please check out 678-294-9582 & 706-631-1851 on 800 notes (there are many more numbers, Marty listed a few above).  Sounds like Michael Hilgar is doing the same thing as he did before, just using different names.  It appears that he was starting to get into some type of trouble and even temporarily shut down.  Then he changed his product and his names and off he goes again.  Hopefully you ex-employees have enough information to stop this man for good.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

Yeah this isn't a legitimate business I work for them for a total of 4 days. That placed rubbed me the wrong way...just to laid back and forcing us to make senior citizens to get these packages that are so lifesaving is so  not my thing. Then when i get there i was under the impression that is was inbound calling and they are interested in the system. Stupid me....they are continuous calling these seniors with no regards to the fact most of them are telling us they are on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. I haven't received my paycheck yet so ive contacted Todd Ulrich with channel 9 news. The number I have Giselle (front desk) never picks up.

i just want everybody to know that this "safeline alert" crap is a big fat scam! why? well i worked for them, they paid good, and i quit within the first three days! Ah, that's riiiiight. There was another office they mentioned during interview time too, that was apparently in the works within the next three months or so. I think that was another one in Altamonte, but don't hold me to that one. Not entirely sure. Greatly appreciate the extra information though. Pretty much everything you said was spot-on.

Just a heads up... They actually have multiple companies under the same "owners". Truth is while I worked there I kept hearing about all these different "owners", which makes me think that the real owner is probably concealing his identity. I only know of two companies, Safeline Alert (which is the one you are talking about) and Senior Alertline. Over the phone they refer to themselves as Senior Medical Benefits when introduced, telling their workers that they are under Senior Medical Benefits and therefore able to introduce themselves as that. I also heard that they have another company with Solar Systems. While you work there the company actually seems pretty legit and professional, except for all these small details like, "no call back number available", no ads out there about the company, no identification of the company in front of the work centers, etc... I know of two call centers, one being the one already identified in Casselberry for Safeline Alert, and the other (Senior Alertline) is actually in Altamonte Springs and here is the address: 474 Northlake Blvd, Altamonte Springs, FL. It is actually a new call center, only been open for about 2 weeks now. I'm still not entirely convinced that it is a scam to the senior citizens, except for the fact that the product can be found at a lower price elsewhere and that the calls are misleading when initially received by the senior citizens. This is general telemarketing though. Just thought id put my 2 cents in.
