Whatever happened to the Do Not Call List?  DON"T answer this call - it's a scam cloaked in helping you with your power bills.  They are NOT affiliated with any power company.

I rec'd calls from this message. Hit the button to talk. Got a live person on the line. Told them the call was being recorded because I was on the do not call list. They said they would take me off of their list.

Never heard from them again

dont bother reporting them, they use throw away phones, not able to trace

three calls today alone! i did not answer any of them. the last one left an empty 3-second voicemail.

they call about a security system and something about the FBI How do I stop them???

Today was the second call I had from them.  I am on the national do not call list.  I hung up the first time, which was a week or so ago.  I listened for a while this time.  Both times, the call came to my cell phone, very aggravating.  Both times the recorded message (a woman's voice) said: "Don't hang up this is not a sales call..."  THEN made some obscure reference to the FBI (I guess to scare people into staying on the line) and then launched into a sales pitch for saving home energy costs.  I would think that the FBI would not approve of the use of their name in the solicitation, it is not far from a hooker going up to someone and saying, "The FBI told me you might be interested..."  

Very disturbing call.

This caller keeps calling my Cell Phone. I do not answer it. They keep calling.. I thought it was illegal to solicit on cell phones as this uses your minutes.. What do I know??

this is a fkn telemarketer and does not care if you are on the no call list. Is Congress listening- Politicians are busy stealing money why should they care about doing their jobs?

solicitation, if don't want to be bothered hit 2.....think it had to do with a/c or energy something, really didn't pay attention, was just waiting for options..

Government No Call List apparently doesn't matter to these companies.  They don't consider theirselves as solicitation calls, since it is a recorded message playing.

Harrassing ... this # calls me and i dont answer I hit ignore, and 3 mins later they call again, I do the same, dont answer, 3 mins later, they call again .... 5 calls today from them so far. I'm not happy!!

Received another call from this number on 6/4 - no VM as usual. This is on top of the other odd numbers that have been calling me.

Call came to my cell - no message left. When I called back it was a fast busy like a fax..

Got a call this morning from a recorded intro asking me if I was interested in a free home security system. I am on the DO NOT CALL list and will be filing a complaint immediately as well as filing a complaint with the Polk County Sheriff. I suggest everyone who gets a call from them to do the same, they are an unlicensed, scam company trying to rip off elderly and obtain credit card info.

I got a call from this company.  I held on through the automated message to speak to someone in person.

I calmly asked that I be removed from their call list. They had the NERVE to tell me that I had called them!!!!!  What???? I just filed a FCC complaint!  I get calls from this company non-stop!

Yes, I'm on the Playstation Network.  I know it was recently hacked.  Do you think there's a connection here?  I'm not sure if I ever gave my cell number to PSN, though.  Anyway, these do***ebags along with several other out-of-state numbers have been calling me on a semi-regular basis for at least the past month or so.  I'm also on the do-not-call list which doesn't seem to be any help in this case.  What really bugs me is that this is my cell phone and not just a land line, so it's infinitely more annoying.

I'm going to take the advice posted and try connecting to a live person and tell them that I'm recording the call and that I want off the list.  Hopefully that will end the harrassment.  It is ridiculous because I send the call to voicemail and they end up leaving a recording on my voicemail, so I have to go in and delete it.  And then they call back two minutes later anyway!!

Even if these people are using throw away cell phones they are still trying to sell something, so they can be traced if that is what they are doing.  I haven't listened to the whole message but it seems like they are selling security systems.  They said they would put them in for free (I'm guessing you pay monthly for the monitoring).  So they are probably connected to one of the larger security companies (ADT, Brinks, etc).  That means they are getting paid for every referall they make.  That means that the security company knows who they are and knows where to send the checks.  So even if they are using bogus phones, the Feds should be able to get off their lazy a$$es and get a warrant for the information.  Maybe they'd pay attention if we said the money is going to al Qaida?  lol

Very annoying voicemails and being let multiple times.  No number to reply to. Do not call list does not work.

Over the last 3-4 days have gotten (6) calls all starting with "tis is not a sales call"
