I received similar call, but Eva Hart is now Vanessa Bryant. They still have Chief Roberts. New phone number is 214-865-6358. This is a scam! They are impersonating a legimate firm in CA but say they are in Dallas TX. They had some of my personal information but were making some up also.

Contacted my local police about this group and they verified they are 100% a complete scam.  Last time they called, I asked if we could call my local police department on 3-way and Eva Hart immediately hung up.  She then started calling saying I was impersonating a bank employee (I do work for the bank) and that I had committed a felony.  Obviously, she is preying on the people who don't know any better.  It is not a felony to impersonate a bank employee (if I was) and also the supposed debt I owe is not a felony.  She said I would be arrested by 5:00 PM yesterday.  Wow, I wasn't!!!  Carzy!!

Exact same message.  Eva Hart and Chief Roberts called and said they are filing a "case" with my county concerning my "fraud."  The scary thing is they knew SOME information about me, but we're obviously guessing at others.  They did not know my address and could not even tell me who the "creditor" was, but they could collect the "debt" for them.  When I would not give them money, they told me to contact my lawyer because "criminal" charges were going to be filed against me.  I have never had a bad check, never had a collection account.  This is a total fraud and do not give them any additional information.

I got the same message from eva heart and I plan of reporting them and this cell number to my local police station as well local tv stations.

This number is a SCAM!!! They call to scare you by threatening to place a warrant out for your arrest if you do not pay the money that they want. This number is a cell phone registered in Dallas, Texas. This woman's name is Eva Hart and acts like she is an investigator with "Investigation Services". And there is a man and his so called name is Chief Roberts. THEY ARE CON-ARTISTS and don't let them steal your money!! The numbers listed below are all involved in this SCAM
