Just got a call saying they were suing my disabled mother and scared her so bad that she was having chest pain. She has already had 3 heart attacks and I'm going to find this A holes and sue them. I can't believe that these ppl can get away with this type of thing. My mom was scared to death that someone had stole her SS# and committed fraud on her and now she was in trouble. I immediately started looking up these numbers because I knew there was no way this was my mom, and found all this info . There has got to be something we can do about this it's insane and I swear if anything would have happened to my mom over this stress I would have found this Mr Johnson and given him a heart attack. With God by our side we will get thru this situation as well. Lord help these ppl

got a call from officer Johnson stating he was with the ftc and I am being sued under my ssn. unless, I wanted to settle over the phone I will be arrested in 36hrs. the man's accent was thick I could cut it with a knife. I asked him who was suing me and for how much? he said nastily he doesn't have to tell me anything until I started paying to make sure I was truly going to take care of this out of court. when I told him I was a police officer he hung up.

Got a call today from this number the guy stated he was calling from the ftc (federal trade commission). He said that I was being investigated for fraud & money laundering. Unfortunately I'm not the person that they were calling for they just assumed that I was her. He tried using threats of getting arrested to scare me. He got angry when I refused to give him my name. When I mentioned that the call was being recorded as evidence in case of  future prosecution if need he hung up.  

Got a call from this number this morning. I just played the voicemail. It is someone with a very heavy accent claiming to be a police officer, telling me that my social security number is being sued and and I have to call him back or suffer the consequences. And half of the words he's reading from the script he cannot even pronounce right so it's actually kind of funny if it wasn't so annoying.

I got a call on my cell this am and the guy had such an accent I couldn't really understand but wanted to talk to my husband who was here but since I take care of all finances told the dude so and asked what he wanted and proceeded to say he had a legal action against my hubby according to SS number and I said really if there were any impending actions I would know as take care of all such matters and not reason for any law suit and told him he sounded like a scammer and was going to check out the number.  As I was hanging up he was laughing.  Guess I was right.   Not getting anything here.  lol

same number called me 10 times in a row, wont stop calling, scam artists want money and they wont get it from me

Just received a call from this number and the guy identified himself as officer Johnson (i thought it was funny that he must not know the joke), that was telling me that my SS# was under investigation and in the same breath asked that I verified it. I told him i was not going to verify anything over the phone and if it was true send me correspondence to my address so I could see it was legit, he got very upset and started yelling, uhmm clue#1 that you are not an officer. Well this number is clearly fraud so be aware.

I have been getting these calls for the last past 2 weeks sometimes i answer sometimes i dont they want me to send them money for a loan daaa if i had money i would not need a loan

Apparently I have been illegally getting funds into my account.... And I have to settle a lawsuit out of court with them on the phone now. The guy was yelling at me on the phone! So I kept him on the phone long enough to ask some questions. "Who's the attorney that is filing against me?" "What account?" "How long ago was this?" NO answer. Why, because it's a f****ng scam. I haven't had a bank account in months, the only one I've had is through the paycards at work, and I have trouble even opening their page, let alone try to get some offshore account.   I was so calm on the phone with him, and he was SCREAMING, it was so crazy.

He told me at one point he didn't have to give me any information. So I said, "well listen Mr. Gary Cooper that I have never met before in my entire life, it is my AMERICAN RIGHT to know who is suing me. That's how it works here. I'm not going to give YOU personal information. If I'm really being sued, usually there is a letter of some sort first, not some random guy from a different country calling me and demanding that I settle out of court." He got really quiet. "Good luck on your scam!" I hung up.

I rcvd 12 calls in a row after hanging up on them multiple times stating that I did not apply nor need a loan. That comment was followed up by some very nasty language asking me to do perverted things to thee caller (who was female) in an Indian accent. I had to call back and see if I could get a company name and when I did,  I was greeted by another nasty conversation from a male asking me to do dirty things to him. I had to block the number from my incoming calls. I will be reporting this to my phone provider hoping they can get to the bottom of this.

lady called me (she has called before) telling me i was eligible for a loan of $7000. I told her I wasn't interested she kept asking why. I told her it wasn't any of her business. Then she starting cussing me out. so I hung up. She calls back, I told her i wasn't interested and if she called again I would call the police. It's a scam.

Agreed!  My vision for a nice jail for them: a island in the pacific, lots of phones on a perpetual loop, they can't call out, but the phones ring 24-7-365 with all the recorded messages for all of the scams out here so they have to live with their lies.

Hate to disagree with you, 714,  but in jail they get a nice room, three meals a day & probably cable TV - much less than in their mud huts overseas.

yes..tammy i also got a call from this number and that was loan services and i was approved for $3000 and i also got the money in 3 hours..and i show the amt of $200 and they gave it back to me...

two hours....so this is not a fraud company....and according to the rules you have to show some money
with u.......they will only check this money.......so its great to work with that company.

Sounds fishy. If they want money up front (for ANY reason) or mention pre-paid cards or Western Union, hang up. Advance fee personal loans are illegal in the U.S. There are NO exceptions! EVER!

I got a call from this number offering me a loan at reasonable interest.  However, I am unable to locate a business with the name given to me...Jeff Morgan.  He stated he was in the Dallas, TX area which is ok but who is this business?  A message was left on my machine mentioning Gaylord, but was it Gaylord Finance?  I couldn't find anything on it.
