Got a call today at work regarding a summons from Pius Culver.  Thanks to AK who posted his name or I never would have figured it out (Thanks to Google too!)  I don't owe anyone anything!  So frustrating!

I have been recieving calls from women from 219-919-4136 and 214-919-4136 saying they are investigators in my county, but when I called the county they do not have a female investigator. I have called the Better Business Bureau and these phone numbers are not listed as business numbers and I was told they are probably private cell phone numbers. The lady at the Better Business Bereau said that this is a scam and that they are wanting account information and that if it was a REAL debt that you would be notified in the mail.I was also told these people were trying to bully you into your account information by threating you with legal action. I called the company back and they want your phone number and your name and then I was hung up on. I know that anytime I call regarding a private financial business matter, I am always asked for my date of birth, last four of my S.S. number, and my address or account number. These people did not ask any of that so it makes me think they are basing this off a phone number and name, not real account information. I also called the bank that they are saying that is account does not have any outstanding debts and that I do not owe them anything,I would have been notified years ago if I did since they bank changed names years ago.

All you have to do is ask these idiots to send you proof of the debt by certified mail. They won't and that's the end of it. Don't give them anything or any information until they have sent you proof of the debt which they won't. They are scam artists. If anyone on here is unfamiliar with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Protection Act) just read the first page and its obvious these morons aren't the real deal.

Always record their calls. When they call back answer and say your call is being recorded for legal purposes if you do not wish to be recorded you can hang up. Then IF they say they decline to be recorded tell them too bad your call is being recorded, you have been informed, you can hang up if you wish. If they continue and claim a debt demand a letter of validation be sent through the mail. Tell them they can have no information until receipt of the letter of validation. Inform them that you will pursue any violations of the FDCPA in court. Research the FDCPA  and sue them for violations.

I received a call from this number, 214 -919-4135, also.  As stated in the previous messages, Mr. Ken Clinton III and his so called boss Robert Escalante were claiming that I owed on a previous payday loan for 400.00.  No such thing at all.  I decided to take up legal actions on these people.  Who ever you are in Plano, Texas, you will definitely reap what you sow.

One of them physically came to my place of employment on my day off. The "process server" was supposedly "Special Investigator "Ken Clinton III". He left a message with my manager saying that I was involved in "check fraud". I had no idea what he was talking about. It all seems kind of creepy to me. All the phone numbers are from Texas. Clinton's number is 212-919-4157 and three other servers from Morgan-Jackson LLC all have phone numbers close to this one.

Morgan-Jackson LLC "special investigators" have been calling me for months claiming to be "process servers" and even came to my place of employment. Originally they claimed that I would be served in Hampden County for Civil charges against me for "check fraud". Now, they claim it is for criminal charges. When I ask for details, they usually get mad and never supply me with any information other than an amount that they claim I owe. There are four different "servers" who call me, usually at work, and they use intimidation tactics like "being served" or being taken to court".  This has been going on for about four months and I still haven't been served.

I have been receiving calls at my place of employment for about three months. The "special investigators" and "process servers" from Morgan, Jackson and Associates, LLC even ask for my manager and the owner ask them if they can "serve" me at work. Any time I call them back and ask for their location or any paperwork - they become angry and ignore my requests. The names of the ones who call: Ken Clinton III- 214-919-4157, Cyndy Hudson- 214-919-4176, Michael Cain- 214-919-4136  and  Judith Adams- 972-674-3808. Every one of them has threatened me with being served and claim that I now owe 580.00 for a pay-day loan of 300.00 from three years ago. One of them, Ken Clinton III,  showed up at my place of employment on my day off and left a message with my manager saying he was a special investigator and a process server. He said he was serving me for a "fraudulant check". It's really weird because they never seem to follow through with their threats. At the end of phone conversations they sometimes finish with "Good luck!" Let me know if you had any similar experiences. --Lee

My husband got a call from a Joe dude from 214-919-4135 and told him it was for me with a case number that started with AMH. When called back got Joe something investigative services or something like that. is this part of the scam as well?

This is the 6th attempt from different "companies" to try this on me. These people operate off of (old) stolen information to scam you out of money. Give them your bank account info and risk them cleaning it out!  They can't even use a telephone number in their own state (maybe country?)

Anyone that says otherwise, remember that only the people that would know about this number are the ones being called and the scammers themselves! These people give legit collection agencies a bad name!
