Hey my name is Jenny, I actually did a little research on the company as well because I kept receving calls from a loan i obtained back in 08 and this is what I found out. #1 they are an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm. They try and help you settle the debt before it reaches a court room setting. #2 they are not a scam! It actually reflects on your credit report once you pay this company or any other company for that matter. Just make sure you get something stating that this was paid. Without a paid letter your basically screwed! I delt with this company nd I was very pleased with the way they handled the situation. Usually the skumbags nd lowlifes who just dont care are usually the ones with negative things to say. They were kind enought to give us the money when we in need and yet we failed to stick to our end of the bargain. Its called stealing! Im just glad i got this resolved

They also called me several times as well nd i paid no attention to them. They have actually been calling for a few months now. They called my family as well. About 2weeks ago a uniformed officer showed up at my place of employment to serve me a summons for this matter. I had to go to court nd im still in the process of trying to clear this all up. When its all said nd done i just wish i would have listened to that lady when she was calling me. Not only did i get served at my place of employment I also got embarassed nd now everyone knows my business. These payday loans are no joke nd they should be illegal. Like c'mon... We borrow $ cuz were in a jam nd they come back with this??? How does that even make sense? If I had $ i wldnt have took out a freakin pay day loan!!! I just want this to be over with so i get my life back to normal.

they called saying that a felony warrant would be issued if i didn;t return a phone call by 5:30 today.
I kept asking what it was in regards too and there was no reply they kept saying to call them back today by 5:30. Anyway ...............when googled i found that there is a scam with this number from a payday loan collection agency. I called the number back and was put on hold. If a warrant was being issued why would they call and tell me.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had received numerous phone calls from this number and was  being threathened to be arrested and they claimed they said i owned 378 dollars and then said i owned 600 dollars for a loan taken out back in January 2010. I did not take a loan out back in janauary 2010. i Believed i was scam for my money. I would like to take this matter to court.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ALSO. I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS JOYCE. SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS A COMPLAINT IN MY COUNTY AND COME TO FIND OUT I WENT TO MY COUNTY COURT HOUSE AND THERE REALLY WAS. IT WAS FOR THE SAME THING SHE WAS CALLING ME ABOUT.

I just got a call from this number today. They stated  that she was investigator. this is not the first time that i got a call from them. i google it and it said that it was a metro number..

These people called my work, stating they are "investigators" about a complaint in my county and wanting me to call and reference a case number.  I have no credit problems, no legal problems, and nothing that should create a "case number."  can anybody help with this?
