former employee.. didn't know that the company i worked for was with criminals and scam artist. thank god i quit. consumers don't buy or accept call. they don't even delete your number from the do no call list, they just recycle your number and call back with another company name like: ATT, FIRST CALL TECH SUPPORT and others. keep reporting to BBB. sorry and good luck consumers

LOL!  Where do they find these fools?  Working some kind of scam...I couldn't even tell what it was today.  Lots of mumbling then they hung up on me.

I received a phone call at work from them in December 2011.  I repeatedly told the caller that we were not interested in their services, but was afraid to hang up as they said that I may be charged for services (on my Verizon bill) if I didn't listen to the whole message.  At the end of the call they insisted I was not signed up for tech support and hung up.  I received the January invoice and, sure enough, there was a charge for $49.99 for "My Tech Solutions" via "Data Resource Group."  I called Verizon and they said it had already posted for two of my billing cycles.  They agreed to reverse the charges as a credit on my next two billing cycles.  Unbelievable that this scam is actually associated with a large, well-known corporation like Verizon.

Yes, this is from Philly. or the subberbs.  When I receive a call like this I let the machine pick it up.  If I'm intrested I'll call back, if they truely want to talk to me then they'll leave a message.

Verifying address for rebate

I think the number belongs to someone in Philidelphia that is probably a legit business however, this caller representing My Tech Solutions, said they need to verify our address and to hold please.  

Then they send you to a verification company that will probably sign you up for something.  I asked the verification person what we are being verified for he told me My Tech Solutions, when I said I didn't know what that was, he hung up.

For sure a scam

This company has called here before.  They talk extremely fast so you cannot understand anything and when you ask questions about what they are sending you, they hang up.When they first call they tell you they are calling to verify your business address and then you hear a beep and a different person comes on the phone.  They say something about tech data or tech support.  Next time they call I will tell them how I really feel!!

This appears to be a scam.  Caller called about giving a "rebate" having something to do with the phone book.  They tried to repeat some "terms" very fast and when we tried to stop them and ask about the service they were talking about they did not respond.  We repeatedly told them we don't want any service, we are not agreeing to sign up for anything they hung up.  

A LEGITIMATE  company would have offered to explain what they were doing, and would NOT have hung up.

This is a telemarketer
