I accidentally answered it and a recording said " if this is my name" and I just hung up , I don't owe anyone so I don't know what it could be.

***THIS NUMBER WAS CONFIRMED AS A DEBIT COLLECTION AGENCY.  CONVERGENCE USA.  THEY HANDLE OLD DEBTS THAT NO ONE CAN COLLECT OR STATE THAT THEY DO***.  They use an interesting tacit.  "Let me verify the last 4 digits of you social security number and your name.  Then they ask you to verify mailing address to send letters and restart the cycle if you owe the debt or not.  

When Asked about their internal FRAUD DEPT There was none
