Left message saying he was a debt collector and to call 877-304-6426  Extension1148. Since I don't owe anything to anyone, this is another scumbag operating a scam under the noses of the agency that registered my number as "Do Not Call" but didn't use those tax dollars enforcing that policy.

Can we get Snowden here to figure this out? Our elected and appointed officials have not been able to do this simple task - we gave you the moron's number and MO for years and paid to have this program enforced but got nothing in return.

These people call me at least once a day. Sometimes I get call from them after 8pm. That is unacceptable. They keep calling about a debt they say I owe. There was never a debt it was settled back in 2007. They will not stop calling.

I received a call from this number at my work.  He stated that he was called regarding a closed Aspire credit card and needed to let me know he was on a recorded line.  I do not know how this person got my work number and I last had a very minimal card that I closed back in 2005, so really not sure why he was calling.  I just hung up.  If he has something important to tell me he can call me on my personal line.   I really am not sure what he was talking about.

I work for a software company that deals with VOIP voice over IP and I used at home.
The number below is a call history of NCB today, I simply black list them on my address book and when they call me they get a message from the system " you are not allowed etc etc..

STOP THESE TELEMARKER CALLS!

I got a robo call from this number wanting to lower my credit card interest rate.  Also have gotten the exact same robo call from several other numbers.  Sounds like a total scam operation to me.

Recently, I received a call from this number, and then EXACTLY ONE HOUR LATER, I received a second call. Can a human being time phone calls so very precisely? I don't think so - To Your Name: This happened to me also. Two calls EXACTLY ONE HOUR APART. I wonder if the same robot that called you called me also

Recieved a call from this number. Didn't pick up because I was on the other line, and they didn't leave a message.

calls stating they "want to be of assistance"  ROFLMAO

Spoke to them once and would not give me any info unless I verified my SSN - when I told them that was not going to happen hung up

If this company has LEGITIMATE, SERIOUS, NON-FRAUDLENT, BUSINESS with you, they would not use robo callers, messages would be left with at least enough information to know what the call and the nature of the business is. If they call with robo callers, and leave such brief messages, you can conclude one of two things (or maybe both):
1. Either they are very unprofessional and do not act in a business-like manner
2. They are illegitimate.
It used to be (years ago) where only seniors seemed to be scammed, not it seems that everybody is scammed. It makes me wonder if Donald Trump, Warren Buffett, and others like them get these calls

I got called and a three second message was left, which said "any information obtained will be used for that purpose". That was the entire message left (it also sounded like a pre-recorded "robo" message).
Have no idea of the company name, however, due to the nature of the message, I would say it's a debt collector.

the national credit bureau gets its numbers thru 411. they keep on asking us information about the peoples addresses. asking for there numbers and the names of the people living on that address. then hang up.

This company have multiple cease an disgusts orders from several state and federal entities . Our state has a number to forward these numbers at our dept of criminal investigation did not take long for the calls to auit

Unfortunately, we inherited a phone number through CenturyLink that previously belonged to a deadbeat.  Have caller ID, so no longer answer numbers we don't recognize.  Don't play the lotto so not worried about missing out on prize winning phone call.

I received multiple calls from this number. Not sure why

Received a call stating he was from NCB and collecting a Debt for me to call back - I and quite sick of these scammers calling my phone numbers - cant someone do something about this......

This company is getting annoying. I have zero debt that I'm behind on or not paying off. I know they are not looking for me so I ignore the calls and blocked the number. It still goes into my voicemail and I have countless messages from them. Somehow they get a good rating with the BBB. I wish they would stop harrassing me.

They called my home phone and didn't have any reason for calling me. I have been registered with the national do not call list for the past two years. If they can't leave a message, than don't call me.

These people call me almost every day 7 days a week wanting me to pay for a overdraft charge for PNC bank and I have NEVER banked with PNC bank???  Once the caller said it was on a "closed account"  I ask her, "how can I be over drawen on a closed account?"  She said someone presented a debit to my account after it was closed....but "I never had a account?"
I tried to explain this to the caller and it went in one ear and out the other.  Guess she is a air head.
I quit answering them or lay the phone in front of the radio so that they can at least be entertained until they hand up.  Figure using up their calling time would help the phone company profits and maybe I can get a decrease in my phone costs....not going to happen.

Well, to start this company called my spouses place of business to get my cell number. To that the caller said he was from a computer services company. Bad move on there part. Reports to my lawyer and the FCC have been placed. I have some debt, but this is below the bottom feeding.

These people fail to provide a name of who the call is for, so when you call you are open to any debt a fictitious name can hold:
"Important message from N C B management services. This is a call from a debt collector. Please call John Lehman @ 8773046426 extension is 1373."
you call the number you get the runaround and never truly get to the bottom of the debt inquiry. I awas informed I owed over $700.00 in bad debts from 1999.
Unfortunately for them I do not have outstanding credit debt, so I will not be calling them, again and will be blocked or transferred to the FCC. They spoof their number so they think you have to P/U.

received a call from them toady , did not answer, I did receive notice from a montoring service  that they did a hard inquiry on my credit report without my permissiom the day before, have had no contact or letter from them on anything, what is my recourse or damages ?
