I contacted credit card company, Nationwide, and AT&T all reported this was a "Scam" and to not reply/call.

unfortunately, and stupidly, when they texted me with that message I freaked out and called the number and gave up my card information. I realized while i was hanging up that Wells Fargo if anything would have texted not "visa". Just canceled that card.
