I get a call 7-10 a week on my cell

This phone number has called me every day for the past 3 weeks.  I have not had any dealings with anyone from this number.  I know this number comes from Philadelphia, PA.
I have reported this to the National Do Not Call complaint dept.

This number has been calling me for the past few days and I don't know who it is.

I have the same expirience she talk about $25 walmart gift card Blah blah blah and I said Go F*** your self Succer!

They've been calling me Several times a day now for about a month... Asking to verify my last 4 digits on my VISA.... I don’t even have a VISA… RIPOFF!!!!! I keep telling her the same thing & she just keeps going on about a $25 Wal-Mart Gift Card and how my Family can use it Blah Blah Blah… Pleave Verify Mr. _ _ _ _ _....

Not only that… I didn’t answer them several times in a row & then finally did & it sounded like she was at the Beach with Friends partying & then ran to a calm spot & carried on about the $25 Wal-Mart Card

Super Scam.... If they give you the last 4 digits of your Credit Card, Call immediately & Cancel it because they'll continue stealing unauthorized amounts of money out of your account.

They were just “Testing the Water” to make sure a transaction could be made.  If I wouldn’t have canceled my card, they would have taken some serious money out

Cancel your Card IMMEDIATELY…….. Just claim it was Stolen or Lost.

They just called me back - again - and finally said they are from "valueplus.com".  I looked it up online since I was right infront of my computer, and the first link takes you to a tagret window.  So I called target gift card dept at the bottom of their web-site and the lady I spoke to had never heard of or from them.
SO - I gave her their phone number.  This should be a good one - the "telemarketer" getting a call about their own service with a bougus gift card from the company that issues that gift card that never heard of them!  I asked to be called  back just to see what transpires, but my phone dropped the call.  THIS "SOUNDS" LIKE A DEFINITE DON"T DO IT

I called the number back- "you have reached our marketing department...all our representavitives are busy with other callers...if you would like a call back...press 2...if you would like to be put on our do not call list press1"  - it's yet another telemarketing company who bought a list with our numbers on it.

I get calls almost every day from this number.  No one ever there.  Reverse look up shows no one.  I called from my cell # and it is busy, I called from my land line, and it is not a working number!

I don't think they are selling anything.  I try calling them back and the number is busy.  I tried calling them back on my land line and it is a "non-working" number.

I got a call two days ago, and one today.  Someone named Cassandra said hello, asked how I was, and said that according to "our" records, my Visa card with the last four numbers (and she gave the right last four) was active.  I asked what she meant by "our" records.  She ignored the question and said something else.  I cut her off and asked her who she represented, and she said, "Hello, William?"

Me:  "Who are you?"
C:  "My name is Cassandra."
Me:  "Who do you work for?"
C:  "A partner of-"
Me:  "Where are you?  What's the name of your company?"
C:  "I am calling from a call center--"
Me:  "What's the name of the call center?  Who owns it?  What company name is printed on your paycheck?"

And they hung up.

They call me from (215) 383-5651 every day at least 5 to 8 times a day. no one answers and i am becoming upset because they are using up my minutes.

Keep receiving calls from these numbers, 4-5 times/day everyday.
Same as other reports you answer no response no voicemails.

I got a call from that same number and everytime I answer no one answers and I'll sit there for atleast 5 minutes and then they hang up.

I have gotten 15 calls in the last 80 minutes. Waiting for them to call again. When I answer they say nothing. This is crap.

I have been getting calls from this number and 215-383-5677 every day and nobody responds when I answer. I have never gotten calls from these numbers before and it has just started since February 2011.

Yes this number has been calling me on and off for the past 2wks. they call late in the evening,I dont ever answer any one I dont know the number , its a scam for sure !!

They call several times a week and do not answer when I pick up.  I waited for several seconds until they finally did and I asked for a supervisor that never showed up to answer.  I am going to call the authorities in the 215 area code and report this as a harrassing telephone solicitation.  I have called the number back at least two times and a recording asks if you want to be put on a no call list by pressing 1.  I have done that and they continue to call.  Maybe if everyone would contact the authorities regarding this telephone number and lodge complaints we can put them out of business.

On one occasion I did talk to the solicitor and her name was Bianca and she said it was Budget Savers.  They have a very persistent manner of operation, but they will not get my business!

I implore everyone to call the authorities in this area code and complain.  It is in the Philadelphia/Allentown Pennsylvania area, so call the authorities there to complain.

i too get calls from 2153835651 and 2697682155. they are from 2 different states but they say the same thing when i call them back. weird right? they say "you have reached the marketing department." and goes on to say something about agents are busy, do you want your number added to our do not call list." i have no idea what this "company" is and i dont know how to  make them stop calling! it rings once when they call me and then says i have a missed call.

Seriously! Same story. This is really ridiculous! How does one get it to stop. It's a pointless waste of time for all parties involved. Are they payed just to dial?!?!
