Yes. A lot of dead air calls from this number. I actually called back and they have an Outgoing message apologizing and to register our number for no more calls. I did that, but still get an average of a call per day.

After hearing my outgoing message of "F*** You for calling, you'll be a fucktard after the tone", hung up without leaving a message.

Calls all the time. They definitely should make this kinda crap illegal to keep harassing people. Too bad we can't give them all of our politicians phone numbers and see how they like it!

Keep getting calls to cell phone from this skeeming number.  If answer, no one there.  Do not answer anymore.

Just got a call from this number at work, and it was an actual human. "Hi my name is Harry with The (something or other) Group...as an IT professional, you're eligible to receive..." at which point I screamed at him and hung up. I almost not regret not catching his business name. feh.

I've gotten calls from this number several times and there is never anyone there. No messages are ever left. I followed Jason's advice. I saved it as a contact then set the ring to no ring.

I got a call from this number early this morning at 9:19 AM.  CID had "Customer Care" as the name.  I think this is the first call I've received from this number.  No message left on my answering machine.

Just assign a silent ringtone to their number and you won't hear it ring when they call. I do that for all annoying telesolicitors and my girlfriend.

This kind of scam activity should be made illegal. I got call from them almost daily.

The number is held by an organization called Cardholders Services. You are being pre-called to identify if there is an at-home audience. It is usually followed up within an hour by a recorded call from Cardholder Services which attempts to make you think your own credit card company is calling. They basically are trolling for people to consolidate debt.

CID says "Customer care;" dead air message on answering machine. Called two days in a row at about the same time, 1:46/1:48 p.m.
