Most of these companies use spoofing software that mimics a local number which screws unsuspecting victims into thinking that the calls are local.  If I don?t recognize the number on caller id I screen the call and delete if appropriate.

i keep getting calls but no message and i wont answer the calls.

Called several times and will not leave voicemail message. When you call back a recorded message states,"Your call is important to us, please call back at another time". Don't people have work to do other than call my phone bothering me??
