Buy an air horn can like for a boat and blow someones ear off on the other end. They'll stop calling you.

These idiots call me twice a day. THIS IS HARRASSMENT

I am fed up to the back teeth with these constant calls with no one on the other end.

I get several calls every day and the last 3 days I have talked to someone and told them I dont have a duquesne light bill.  They say they will put me on the no call list.  the next day, someone else calls and I go through this all over again.
This is harassment

I have no call protectection. I have been unable to stop calls from  Client Retention.

I get daily calls from this number, as well as 717-547-5731, which are both listed as Client Retention.  Never a message.

I know they are telemarketing, but they won't speak.  I have several numbers written down to report to the Attorney Generals office :D

The caller ID reads "Client Retention" - they work for the electric compaies.  If you call it back, it goes to an unworking number.  I have pressed option "5" to be connect to a representative over 10 times and have asked to be removed from their lists.  They will not connect me to someone who can remove me, and will not disclose the name of their company who operates the call center.  I'm also on the national and state "do not call lists" - how do i stop these calls?  I get 3-4 of them every day!!!!!

just got caller id on my phone yesterday.  I answered the phone before I looked and it's the same call I always received from Credit Card Services--215-394-1988 is the number that was listed in the caller id for this.  I get these calls 2 and 3 times a day.  I don't have credit card problems but still get them

They call when I am home and answer the phone and they don't talk can hear them breathe

no idea who as the only information that shows up on my caller ID is: "Client Retention 215-394-1988" They don't leave voicemail or a message, so I can only assume they are soliciting.
