I get a calls from 1-215-394-1989 a lot so I answered today.  They said please hold for important rate reduction on my electric bill and to locate my bill while holding.  When the guy came on the phone he said did you have a chance to get your electric bill and I said I didn't have it because we don't save our stubs. His RUDE reply was YEAH and he hung up on ME.  This has to be a scam since I have never know of a telemarketer to hang up on the "client" so fast.  I tried to call it back and it immediately was answered by a recording saying this caller does not have voice mail set up.
I find this very harassing to be called over and over and when I finally answer they are rude and hang up.

I received a call from this number.  It is some sort of scam dealing with the electric company and discounts that they proclaim to give you.  Sounds like bull to me.  I was on hold for a minute or two and when the lady answered and I immediately told her to remove me phone number from their call list.  I heard no response except a click because she hung up on me.  This number is definitely a scam.

Received a call from this number today.  Caller ID read, "Customer Dept."  . . . of what, I wonder!  The caller left no message, and we don't answer these unknown callers.

We received a call and it also read 2013 Reduction.  I answered before things and they kept telling me they could lower all my credit card to a 6.9% interest.  They knew more information than they should have.  They had the first four digits of a credit card versus the last four and kept trying to get the rest from mew.  I told them if I wanted my interest lowered that I could call the cards myself and hung up.

I have four of these annoying numbers blocked. I don't think they have VOIP, or a predictive dialer, so these can be blocked. Now I don't hear a thing! Check your phone company. A lot of  them have , say, 12 number blocking.

We all have a right to peace and quiet in our own home. Getting calls from these half-wits makes one understand why animals sometimes eat their young.

Called to day, but when I answered, I got no response. I then called back and heard to push 1 if I didn't want any more calls. The voice said it may take 24 hrs. to me me off the list. I am on the do not call list.

Called today, (from 2153941991) didn't answer and they left no message.  They use mulitple numbers 215-394-19xx.  Based on a lot of posts online these are telemarketers trying to get you to switch who supplies your electricity.  If you continue to get harassing calls regarding this it might also help to complaint to the PA Public Utilities Commission which oversees utility suppliers.

Tell them you have no electricity supplier as your home is power completely by windmills, solar panels, donkeys constantly turning a large wheel in your yard and a bio-generator that burns the donkey dung

This 215-394-1989 so called "2013 Reduction" keeps making nusance calls to my home # - they never leave a message and they hang up when we do answer the phone.  This is happening on a daily basis and often happens more than once during the day WHAT A NUSANCE!!!! - we don't know why they keep making these hang-up calls and when we've tried to call them back to ask/tell them to stop the line is always busy.

These people are worse than pond scum and filthy diseased maggots, as described by others.

They are just plain rotten b*****ds.

First, if you are on the "do not call list" report them to the FCC. Second if you call the number back there is a change to "opt out" of more calls. They say they will take your number off the list. I have no idea if either is effective and certainly in the case of the FCC it will  take some time. Butt wads like this just get a new set of numbers and start robocalling again.

They've called several times.  I learning to recognize the number and let it ring.

This number rang on & on........I don't answer any calls without a company or name attached~!

I'm on the do not call list but these jokers call at least one or two times a week.  When I see this number, I avoid answering it.

I have got to check if my five years are up for the DNC list - but I suspect it wouldn't matter. As the DNC list is like locks for honest people and businesses.

Answered and was put on hold, finally spoke with a rep,told them in no uncertain terms I DID NOT WANT CALLED about this.  4 days later them same thing happened - aren't their laws against this ??

caller ID showed: "2013 Reduction and phone number: 215-394-1989. Got recording saying "You are eligible for a reduction in your electric bill, press ..."  I hung up - suspect scam. Did a search and found the following info: (unlisted number, no eMail, no website, no physical address available so suspect even stronger a scam.)

Frustrating repeated calls from this number. I didn't answer and they don't leave messages. UGH.( Name says DEBT REDUCTION on caller ID)

Receive calls from this number frequently.  It said Hanover, PA. on caller ID.    Did not answer and no message was left.

Number is blocked but still call repeatedly up to 30x a day!!

Got a call from 215-394-1994 which is only a few digits away.  First call was from Hatboro PA but I doubt that is even true.
