I get these calls all the time...at home, on my cell, and just now at my work! Last time they called the house they told my that I need a new warranty because of the mileage on my car...I then asked her what my mileage was (I had to be a smartass). She said she didn't know b/c she doesn't drive my car. I then told her she was full of s***; she then threatened to put me on the "LIST" (so you can never buy a car warrany again). Today's call was someone from India, I then asked her which vehicle and she hung up on me. What a scam. How do we make this stop?

Got same call from my personal cell while at work.  Same recording, except i talked to a rep. who was actually very polite, but was unable to answer where they got my number from, and they had no info on me or my car(which is in my mother's name), and since i was at work, i asked them to email me.  THEY SAID THEY DON'T EMAIL! I asked what country they are in and the rep just giggled. They asked for my home address, I said no way. And told them i was going to investigate their company, which it lead me here.

Same crap as everyone's posted already. Same #, 2pm, same result.

I filed a complaint w/the FCC & have included what you all have posted thus far.  I would advise all of you to do the same thing.  The more complaints that they get maybe the better off we'll be & these people can be handled... until they come up w/a new scam. I'm from NY & want to take matters into my own hands.  F'ing loozers.. find a legitimate way to make money the same way that we all do.

Probably the best thing to do is to give these people all false information like a fake name, SSN, address, etc. If we all do that, they'll spend more time failing to accomplish whatever they're trying to do. I do that a lot with email spammers (you know the African prince scams?). It's entertainment just wasting their time going back and forth.

I may have found a physical address for this #, and its not in PA. I'll let you know more when I can verify it. No finders fee necessary. I will be more than happy to help you deal with these scumbags. I have a lot of free time on ky hands....

THIS IS A SCAM! They are trying to get you to give out your personal information. I tried to get their info as I was just called ( I knew about these scams) and the guy said "I know what you are trying to do and it's not going to work this time".

   I am offering a $500 finders fee for these guys. No police involved. I want this handled personally.

I just got the same call. Didnt answer, no msg. My Cell Is pay per minute and not listed anywhere. They must dial random numbers till they get a active one.

I am getting calls from (215) 542-4930, but mine are prerecorded messages from the car warranty people.  They have the same voice and same message; they use the following phone numbers: (918) 468-2338, (702) 520-1478, (304) 324-8040, (215) 542-4930, (612) 307-5885, (702) 520-1465 and (217-341-3591.  They call work, home and cell numbers.  They are not just targeting me, they are also calling family, co-workers, etc. I believe these people are using some sort of autodialer. When they call my cell, I answer and then hang up.  This way it appears to be a dropped call and does not count towards my minutes.  Also they are unable to leave a voicemail on my phone any more.

I just rec'd a call from this # on my cell.  I missed the call, but when I looked it up on Google I found this page reporting the # as telemarketer.  We get 5-10 messages a day on our home phone about free satellite TV & last chance for vehicle warranty.  Im almost positive this is linked to this #, although we don't have caller ID at home

i just got a call from that number like an hour ago!  No message. but the area code says its in Pennsylvania.

IDK who is was but i also get a call for my car warranty from a different # and i call back and the line is disconnected!  its SO ANNOYING!!!

I received a call from this number at 12:44PM today, August 1st.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I googled the number and found this site.  It came up as Mark Winebrand on my caller ID.  I'm in TX.

YEAH I HAVE BEEN GETTING THOSE CALLS FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW,ABOUT TWICE A WEEK OR MORE, AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT THE CARS WARRANTY AND I JUS HANG UP BUT MAYBE I SHOULD GO TO THE POLICE BUT WHO KNOWS IF THEY CAN EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. This is company "auto solutions" trying to sell bogus car warranties. They refused to give me the name of the owner of the business or the location of the company. I am on the DNC and they keep calling. I have been successful in the past at suing people that do break the DNC and im not going to give up till I get these SOBs. Furthermore they are using a CCID trick to make it hard to identify them. This is illegal in NY, which is where I am lcated.

I suggest to everyone that is getting hurassed by this company that you excerise your legal rights. Until these telemarketer scum are held financially responsible for their actions, they wont stop.

Company is "Warrenty Services".  Will not stop call even if told to.  Thelma is one of the people there.  Called me at my work number at 12:20 pm.  Told them not to call again (I won't take bets)

This number called me at 12:30 today and did not leave a message.

when i picked up, it talks about some stuff about some car, but, being 15 and with only a permit, i dont own one, what a dumb number!
