Called my cell which is on the do not call list. Probably a scammer / telemarketer using caller ID spoofing. Other websites report these people are just dialing random numbers in MO.

When you sign your cell phone contract, you give them permission to sell your #. It would be interesting to find out the phone service that people have that are contacted. If they are different services then it is probably something through an ad or online posting or you logged in a public computer and/or utlized wifi that tracked your key strokes.
