Telemarketer from an energy company, Exelon (PECO) regarding "new regulations" in my upcoming bills. I would rather not receive phone calls about it, if it is legitimate. Put a letter in the mail, thank you.

It is a telemarketing call from some Energy Company....I didnt catch the name. Nor did I find out exactly what they wanted. I informed them I was on a the national 'Do Not Call Registry' and she politely hung up.
I'm still going to report them. They shouldn't have called in the first place.
