I have received about 4 phone calls on my cell phone in the past 10 minutes and it appears to be a fax machine. When I pick up I just hear the fax machine noise. I tried calling the number back, before I realized that the area was 215 and not 212 (I live in NY), but a recording just says that it is not in service.
