I received a phone call from 260-318-3107 and the girl was very nasty and I have no idea who it was.

i keep getting phones call like this. and it makes me mad. i don't answer them but they will just call back in a few hours or the next day. and i called back and its disconnected..And i have NO clue how they got my number. and i also get  phone calls from different numbers like this one..

Same thing here. Someone called from this number at 12:02 on 7-3-08. No message or anything.

This number called twice. I am sick of these calls.

Pretty much the same scenario as everyone else.  I got a lady who had some what of an accent.  Asked them to bring up my file, she asked if she could have my vehicle description and when I told her that I do not own a vehicle of my own she went on apologizing and telling me that I will be removed from their calling list.  I asked her the name of the company which she gave me 'Warren Services'  I did a little research on the net and the only company that matched that name was a manufacturing company that does not deal with auto insurances.  I tried to some more information out of her like what is the address, is their number I can call back, but before I finished she hung up one me.  Complete scam.

Got a call that played recorded message about some warranty expiring. No idea where they got my cell phone number.

I just noticed a missed call from this number. Just called back and also, disconnected number.

This number just rang my cell phone, and I have no idea who it is or how they got my number. When I tried calling back it said the number was disconnected.

received call from this # on my cell.  Caller ID was just the #.  Left no message.  When I called back, recording said the number was disconnected.

Missed a call 10:49 a.m. this morning in Atlanta, and when called back, recording said no such number.  I thought, how bizarre.  Reading here, now I understand.

I've had several automated calls advising my auto warranty was expiring, and to push 1 to speak to a representative. Last time I pressed one, I received dead air (like their call center employee had put their head set down and left their station, or they had me on mute and were avoiding calls.)  So, today, I pressed 1, again, and got a person with a heavy accent. I remained meticulously polite through the conversation, which went like this:

Person said they were located in Santa Ana, CA. Couldn't tell me anything about the vehicle except "It's a vehicle registered between 1997 and 2007."  Said the name of the company was "Auto Solutions."

When I asked where they got my number to call me I was told, "I didn't call you, I'm responding to your request for information."  I clarified, asking where her company got my number to call me & she said, "As I told you, I didn't call you, I'm responding to your request for information, <pointedly> DO you understand that?" I apologized and said, "Sorry. My phone rang. I received a message stating that my warranty was expiring and to push 1 if I wanted more information. I pushed 1 and got you. Did a car dealership give your company my name...?"   She replied, "Do you want me to put you on our Do Not Call list?"

When I advised, ""No, I'm trying to find out more information about your company and my 'warranty that is expiring...'"   the phone went silent (again, like I was put on mute.) After about 45 seconds or so, the phone went dead -- she'd hung up on me.

When I dialed the number that came up on caller ID, I got, "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed, or the number has been disconnected. Please check the number and dial again."

Got a missed call from this number, called back 5 minutes later, and said it was disconnected.

I am getting tired of this not only does this number call my house phone every hour on the hour they call my cell phone now to i am not happy and would like to know how they got my cell number not to mention i would like to find a way to sue for harassment ....they call before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m. in the evening i dont get it there are supposed to be laws for this type of thing right ?

Warranty Renewal Service, shameless fraud company cheating people with phony calls saying warranty on vehicle has expired.....
where is FCC, how come they arent able to track these people down.

I get them almost daily.  I've started to play along after they obviously aren't putting me on their do not call list.

If you give them the make and model of any car, they will then ask for your zip code.  Today, I gave them a wrong zip code, they asked if I was in a certain city and I lied and they said "wrong" and hung up on me.

If you ask them anything other than about a warranty, they hang up on you.

A recording called to say I had to renew my auto warranty.  So I waited on the line and a man picked up to ask me about any vehicles in the household newer than 2000.  

He was obviously fishing for information and knew nothing about me except my phone number and my name.  

When I refused to give him any information and asked how he got my number, he promptly ended the call.

I have received phone calls the last three days from three different numbers for the same thing.  The numbers I received calls from were: (760) 844-1241, (203) 659-2594, and (973) 804-0196.  I'm beginning to get frustrated and am curious of the necessary legal action to get removed from their calling list and make them pay!!!

They have called my number everyday, even if you ask them to take your number out... they never do.  So if you want the info on the company that is calling you.... here it is.

get these calls almost daily. telephone company is of no help. so i think i will give them ficticious info next time they call. have been asking for over 3 months to be removed from their list.

This is so annoying...I was in Chicago last month on vacation and I got 3 calls in the same day...from 3 different numbers coming from 3 different states....the scam is nationwide. In the last 6 months I average 1-2 of these calls a DAY. Its to the point where Im ready to just change my cell number and take my chances.

Received call from this number. Did not answer. Called the number later in the day. Received message that number may be disconnected. Would not ring through.

These same sons-of-b**ches keep calling my wife's and my cell phones. I asked for the guy's supervisor when he called me (from this number) this morning. He said "He's in Hawaii playing golf". I then asked him "let me speak to someone in charge" and was told that in fact, he was in charge. I asked him to take my number off his call list and my wife's. I said "you people can't even tell me what kind of car I drive" and with that, he hung up.

Don't we have a Federal Trade Commission in the federal government to shut down this $hit? Seems like there's more than a few of us here who have been harassed.
