Thank You-- So how do I cancel the appointment I stupidly made and stop these people from coming to my house--The woman quoted me a flat fee of  $49.00 and obviously I now think this was one of those two good to be true things. Appointment is for next week but I would be grateful if someone got to the bottom of this and put these people out of business before then. Contacting 215-669-8025 is no use. What type of scam is this? My mother has Alzheimer's and I don't want her bothered.

I also got a call from 215-669-8025, caller ID indicated Donato Spaventa, as noted by others.  Woman said she was calling from Local Maintenance about a flue pipe.  When I responded we didn't need one.  She asked for my spouse.  When I wouldn't get him to the phone, she said "obviously you don't know why we're calling - we'll call back"  Then she hung up.  A lot of chimney services have bought lists that one told me includes our home number.  This is probably where these calls originated.  This particular number has called many times before and not left messages.

Have gotten many calls from them about chimney cleaning for 49.00 --finally agreed to let them come and clean chimney and made appointment-- when I tried to call them back to change appointment  the recording says person is unavailable/then spanish/then switch 161..Caller ID says this is Donato Spaventa-- but calling Donato Spaventa -and they say they do not do chimney cleaning so who is this woman calling? Am I being set up? Is this a scam and how do I get in touch with them? HELP.

I've told this person over and over again that I do not require their "chimney cleaning" service.....I finally blocked them!

This number called "AGAIN." I am on the do not call list which doesn't seem to matter. Caller I.D. comes up Donato Spaventa. When I have answered in the past it was a person wanting to know if I needed chimney cleaning. I have told them many times no and to remove me from their call list. It doesn't seem to matter. I just mute the ringer when they call now. They don't leave any message. Maybe some day they'll get the hint.

They keep calling, but I don't answer. And they don't leave any messages either. The phone always says Donato Spaventa, and I don't know any people by that name.

Received calls twice in the past and asked to be removed from their list.  Today received another call.  Name comes up as Donato Spaventa.  They say they are a chimney cleaning company. Very annoying!!!

I got a call from this number (215-669-8025) and the caller ID said Donato Spaventa.  Stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number calls at all times of the day and night does not leave a message. I do not answer any call I do not know on my caller ID.

Called at 8:40p.  No message.

Number called I screen all calls and they didn't leave a message
