automated call for a David Manguzo, prompted to hit 1 if not him, after hitting 1 an operator came on asking for a member of my family. Using David Manguzo as a cover up.

same as above.  has called several times.  sometimes it only rings 3 time.  pretty annoying.

Received same call for David Mancuso on 10/12/09.  Found it in my voice mail; didn't return the call.

called this number to see where it originated from and what company it was that called. Someone answered and said it was his work phone for the us postal service.  he said he gets these calls at least once a week.

Repetitious recorded messages -- daily -- for about a month from the above number.  Calls are intimidating and threatening of implied legal action if there is no return phone call.  They don't identify a company name, they don't identify what it is they are calling about, they don't address me by name.  

Called their number twice this morning.  First connection answered with a company name (I didn't get it), and the message said "thanks for calling back" and proceded to make a pitch for me to get some thousands of dollars for taking the action they were touting. I hung up.  Called the same number immediately and got a mumbled company name and a human said his name was "Sal".  I gave a blistering message about the harrassing calls and advised Sal that I was recording my call.  No response...I suspect he hung up.  I called from my business phone; the harrassing calls are coming to my home phone.  I just called the number again...identified the number they are reaching, insisted I wanted the calls to cease and was intending to complain to the Philadelphia District Attorney, the FCC and the FTC...and the man answering the phone said "Do that, do that".

Was getting similar calls from the same number... apparently this is a collection agency - GLOBAL? - and they were trying to reach someone who must have had my cell number in the past.  I called the number, gave them my number and asked them to take it off their systems.

Hopefully that will work because it is annoying and using up my minutes!

An annoying phone call that is automated bet sounds very legal in nature basically saying that if you do not reply to their message, of course this will be the last warning, you will have action taken against you but it does not mention who it is against and what the action will be.
