I have recieved 2 calls from this number one at 12:45pm and another at 6:45am. I picked up one of the calls and the caller said nothing. However, when I called back I got a recording saying the number was disconnected.

male caller ased if this was a business or residence. I responded "who are you trying to reach". Caller hung up.

There could be several companies using the same service and the same caller ID number.

They are using call forwarding to send incoming calls to a different number that is disconnected. Easy trick to pull off.

This number keeps calling my home when I call it back it says the number is no longer in service.

Got this call last night on my caller ID. Called back and the recording says the number is no longer in service.
