Got a call from this number around mid day UK time asking to participate in a short survey. There was a lot of noise at the other end and sound like he was on the street with vehical traffic. Would not take no after multiple attempts so I hung up. He seems to know my full name which is annoying.

They just called me in UK, I ignored as i'm at work. Had a missed call 5 mins earlier from a withheld number so not sure if linked.

I've just had a strange call from this number for a "short household survey". He asked me to confirm an address I lived at four years ago and when I said I wouldn't give my current address to an unsolicited call they hung up.

Received a call from this number guy ask me to answers few questions, I replied I don't have time to waste, then he said to me go to hell and hang up.

Just saw this number come up on my phone so I ignored it.

I got this today.  There was quite a lot of background noise as if there were a lot of people in the room and the guy said he was calling from household habits and wanted to  do a short survey.  As everyone else has found, as soon as I asked where he got my number he hung up.

i just got a call as well from this number not knowing whom it was and said hello and they hung up.

@ 1328 GMT I got a call from this number. A guy saying he was from 'Household Habits'.  He wanted to ask me a few questions that 'would be very quick'.  When I asked who he got my number from he hung up.

the 215 800 is Pennsylvainia

No country code on this, but it can't be 215 as that's not allocated... not unusual for it not to come through. All I got was a ping and "Goodbye".
