Got a call from this #; whatever it is I categorize it as "telemarketing". Either it's a survey or a company offering a service. Makes me ANGRY because my landline is also my mobile phone. My service plan is CANADA wide calling. This phone number is American [Pennsylvania, USA]. I got BILLED for this INCOMING call on my phone bill. I have a .45 cent charge for 1 minute long distance. I am EXTREMELY low income & cannot afford ONE CENT that is not for my immediate needs. It angers me that these companies phone & the setup with cellular providers that they charge you for INCOMING even if you don't know who it is or have ANY connection to it & don't WANT IT. [point is I didn't ask for this call & I don't want it but I get charged a fee for it.].

I'm in Canada and received a call this evening from this number. I answered, but they hung up imemdiately without saying anything. We don't have eiether Wells Fargo or Sam's Club up here, so if the call is behalf of either, they're wasting their time.

This number has called before, and did not leave a message. Today they did leave a message. It was from Wells Fargo soliciting 'how to avoid' overdrafts in the face of new regulations. (telemarketing for Wells Fargo Bank)
