Keeps calling my cell and have called at 9:00pm.  Reverse lookup says they're out of Dallas, TX

I have recieved phone calls form both of the above numbers. They call 5 times a week at odd hours and refuse to tell me what it is about. The leave nasty messages and this has been going on for 2months. I caution everyone against these numbers. They do not give a company name or why they are calling. I am actually contacting the better buisness buero and reporting them and getting more information.

This number called me and said i was about $1000 in debt for magazines i didn't order. they said the company had taken out one payment for the magazines in Feb '10 but then something happend and now i have to pay the rest plus late fees. They wanted my account number and my routing number. I checked my bank balance and it doesnt say there was any transaction for the magazine company. So i called back and managed to get the company's name through the voicemail. (receivable resources). Google didn't have any answers. Was i scammed?
