several calls with no voice mail and a text message that says "please call me".

Hey lets bumbard them with phone calls they are trying to rip you off. they claim to be a debt collection agency any one who is with me on making them wish they never called please email me asap matt@iliveincali.com

it's noon on sunday and so far eight calls today.  i won't answer it.

The girl called me from this number and said she is with Card Services Debt Collection Agency, trying to collect a debt on an MBNA/Bank of America Credit Card.  She spoke poor english and there was VERY loud background noise.

Had several calls from this # with no voice mail left. I put the # in my phone book under "don't answer" so when they call I can see it on my I.D.

Got a call from this number, silence on the other end, they hung up after a few moments.

CALLER CALLS 8AM UNTIL 8PM I DONT ANSWER BUT WHEN I DO THEY DON'T SAY ANYTHING AND HANG UP THE PHONE

I so sick of this number keep calling and asking whom ever answers my phone that it is imperative they reach me but refuse to go any further. I did have a BOA credit card and due to the fact I was laid off, I couldn't make any payments, I guess that is what this is all about, I will not have to deal with this, hopefully real soon!!

THEY CALL ME twice A DAY, and will not stop always from area code 609. Wish I never did business with them, then constant harrassing calls asking if i want to purchase anything need to stop.

Representative could not pronouce my name correctly when I correted him nicely he got very aggressive with me. He was sitting there going through my credit report seeing what I was paying and not paying he screamed at me and told me to get off my tail and get a job.  He also told me to tell my husband to step up to the plate and get a second job to pay the bills.  WHAT DO I DO? I told them I have not recieved anything in writing from them and how did I know that they were not a scam.  I had just sent out a payment to another collection agency for this account. I am so confused.  And no I have to deal with people like this. I am not sending a company that speaks to me this way any money.

Multiple phone calls. I called back and got someone playing that tele-market style background noise. They found my telephone number and then asked my name to verify they had the right number. I asked who they were trying to contact and they refused to tell me. I told them not to call back and they quickly apologized and hung up.

Are you sure these people aren't running a scam?

If your starting a class action lawsuit I would like to contact your lawyer to add my complaint.

Let me know how it goes. Penncro Associates has been calling me. Now they are sending me statements saying I owe $116.45 for a Bank of America overdraft fee. I don't even have a Bank of America account!! They don't beleive me. What do i do about these guys?

They keep on calling my daughters phone. Once I actually picked up that they asked for some person and I told them that they they had the wrong number and to please stop calling and remove us from there listing( i assumed it was telemarketing. The lady then asked for my name. When I asked her what she needed it for she told me that she needed it to remove my daughters number. I told her it was none of her business and to remove it then asked her what company she was from. She then told me that it was confidential and she was not allowed to disclose that information. I then decided to look up the number and found this. I should have known already that this was the case. Next time they call I have a couple of things I would like to say to her!

on your cell phone, you have the ability to keep 100 contact numbers.  Each of those numbers, friends, family, businesses, etc...you can assign a ring tone...one of many or just one for all.  You have to do it individually.  Then set your call in tone to none and vibrate to none.  Then, when one of these sleeze balls calls on a non friendly number...one that is not in your 100 contact numbers, your phone will not ring or vibrate.  It doesn't solve the problem of them calling, but it may give you satisfaction that they are completely wasting their time.

They said a relative in Brooklyn New York gave them my number for contact. I never heard of the person frist name but they knew my name.

Repeated calls daily from 1-215-876-6189 ~ VERY annoying

They continue to call on my private, unlisted cell phone.  Since I never release my number except to friends.  How did they get it and how do I get them to stop calling?  Their using up my cell phone minutes!

Call them back at the same number or an alternate number that is posted on this page.  Call them back and tell them to stop.  I was recieving calls for no reason.  They were looking for someone else..not me so call them on it complain to someone higher up!

I just called the number back and I found out that it is for my bank of america credit card because it is past due so I will see if they keep bothering me.

they call all the time and when you answer they dont talk, or just sit there and listen. Who is dumb enough to play a prank on so many people dont they have a life?! I do and I will find a way to report this.

just called them back.  Got the "I'm sorry sir, we're having technical difficulties with our phones."  so, it must have shocked him when I said "from what it looks like, I'm reading that you've had technical difficulties for over a year, let me speak to a manager."  ended up telling him that the person they were looking for (my daughter) no longer lived here and they should remove my phone number since they leave no messages and they hang up on me, that can be a form of harrassment."  We'll see what happens...the manager seemed to be very responsive to that request.

I am keep on getting the calls from this number. They ask about merissa. I told everytime to them you got wrong number but still keep on getting the calls. I am getting annoyed with this. can somebody help.

These jack***es called today and left no message.  This is a fraudulent bill from Januart 2002, Franklin Mint, which was bought by Morgan Mint who advised me to fight it.  I called Morgan mint who advised they bought Franklin Mint several years and they were getting calls from former purchasers about harassing calls and old paid bills.  They said fight it!

UPDATE:  Well, interestingly enough, since I threatened Pennsylvania with the FTC and Cease and Desist letter (which I haven't mailed yet since it needs to be sent REGISTERED and CERTIFIED RECEIPT REQUESTED w/Signature) I have not received one phone call.  It's been two days!!!
