Received a call from a man and could barely understand him.  He was very harassing and calls at 10:00 at night.

I have been receiving calls from 215-940-2132 and 866-437-7403 which turns out to be NCO Financial.  Do not give them any information as this is a scam.  They wanted me to fax information to 267-519-4417.  DO NOT DO IT!  Investigation shows that it is coming out of Boswana which tells you something right there.  Good luck in stopping the calls.

BPO = Business Process Outsourcing.

Basically, scumbags in the US hire scumbags in India to harass decent people in the US because the US scumbags aren't interested in hiring people to work in the economy they are draining money from when they can hire telephone slaves in the third world for a couple of rupees.  Never mind that they are also sharing your financial info all over the world with who knows, and that you can't understand what they are saying, and that no one with any sense is going to talk about their personal business with some stranger half a world away.

The cool thing is, there isn't much they can do to you from India, so tell them to insert one part of there anatomy into another (the more difficult/painful/absurd the combination, the better) and then hang up on them.  Now, go read up on the FDCPA, and go after whoever hired these slimeballs who are calling outside of the allowed hours, and otherwise ignoring the law.

Have fun with it folks, and if that doesn't work, change to an unlisted number, and don't give it out to anyone.

I think this country now needs a telephone reform bill.

Call from Zenta Limited  215-940-2123.  Asked for name of some unknown person who did not live at my address.   Thick Indian or Pakistani accent.

I received a call from someone with a heavy accent referring to a debt that was beyond the statutes of limitation. I was frustrated that this person had called my home at 8:40 PM on a Sunday evening and when I hung up he continued to called my home from several numbers harrassing me. The numbers that are on my caller ID are 800-979-6560 (NCO Financial),
215-940-2132,267-519-4400.

Left the number to call back and when I did it said my number could not be completed as dialed.

Received a "not a sales call" from this number.
