Well that was two weeks ago and I am still free. If this dude calls you just know that his threats are empty, he has no power at all, he is just a punk scammer trying to scare people into giving him money. Just do what I did and tell him to pound sand and NEVER to call back. Then report him to the FBI.

This is some kind of scam. Dude called me, left a message and represented himself as someone from my county investigating check fraud and theft by conversion. I thought it odd that the area code was 920 when I called him back he wanted personal information but admitted that he was a private investigator. He then threatened that I would be arrested "at my home or place of business" in 24 to 48 hours. I told him to go f*** himself and not to call back, he called back and hung up about 5 mins later.

This Aaron Rosenthal called 2 of my sisters about my long estranged stepson, promising and "issuance without his knowlwdge" if the call is not returned in 24-48 hours. I find it odd that all the "he's legit" posts on this and other websites have virtually the same verbiage.

I got a call from the same guy I doubt seriously he was a debt collector because he didn't ask me for any money he refused to accept my offer to my surprise his information is very accurate although I can agree with you he is very brash but also veryhelpful to say the least

Had my attorney return the call & was advised it was imperative that I speak to mr rosenthal although very arrogant he was more than understanding and very helpful if you ever recieve a call my advice would be to return it
