Just got a call from this number. As mentioned above, when I started to ask questions, he hung up.

Just got the call (In New York) and googled it. And same thing as the guy above, it says its coming from PA

Just got this government funded phone, brand new, just got activated and got the cellphone number from the phone menu.  

Hugely alarmed when 1 215 995 2205 call the cell phone this morning.  Very unsettling situation.  I can simply assume that my cell phone number is involved in some kind of corruption.  How could this stranger get my number?  My new cell number was either given, sold, stolen, or by whatever means to this person.  Does that also means that my personal information is with this person too?  How did this person get my number?  Why does this person have my cell phone number?  This person is not from the government program.

I was very very skeptical when the vendor (from the Government Lifeline Support Program) standing at the door of the government office approached me about my eligibility to receive the cellphone.  After much reassurance from her, she completed the application process on the handheld computer she carried and assured me that my personal information is secured and not shared.  I was so skeptic I demanded that she give me her name and contact number which she did.  

Of course, when the call came in on my cellphone this morning, I call the vendor's cellphone number to question her.  When I dial her contact number an answering service promptly states that her cellphone does NOT RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS.  

I strongly believe something very, very fishy is going on.  Why would a government funded phone be involved in such WRONGDOING?  Are the vendors involved?  This is a sure case of deception and corruption.  This sure feels like a SCAM.  I feel violated.  This number will be reported to the police and relevant authorities for investigation.  BEWARE!!!!!!!

Just got a phone call from 215-995-2205, says coming from PA. I'm in NYC. didn't answer, didn't leave a message.

The guys name is Chris Ryan and he called me this morning from number 217-806-4601 he claimed he was from WN positions and he works out of his office in Orlando Florida. Yeah right.. An hour ago I got a call from number 215-995-2205 with the same person with the same BS.  I googled the 217-806-4601 and I got the address 821 Central Avenue Tinton Illinois you can get a birds eye view of the house this person lives in it is the same person all this time but he has access to different phone numbers. I got a call from this same person chris Ryan he called me from a 347 number and said he was calling from woodside. He wants your info but when it comes to you asking questions about the company the c*** sucer hangs up the phone. hahaha .  He is a survey guy but can't give you info so bogus

Same exact thing just happened to me. He hung up abruptly when I asked him what he was calling about. Not sure how they got my phone number, but I'm changing all my passwords, etc., in case it was stolen from a form online.

I just received a call from 1-215-995-2205 and I did not pick it up; to me it is an unknown number.   They did not leave any message.

I got two calls from this number on my cell phone today, May 18. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Just received the called and it was a recording saying what Kayne describes above. Reported this to the Do not call Registry.  Beware people, take action!!!

I got a call as well from 215-995-2205 number.  I didn't take it because if I don't know the number I just wait for a voice mail and apparently there was none... it was today, Fri May, 17th at about 5:15pm

That Person informed me, My AIRTEL SIM Card Last five digit no. and told me ur selected for prize of 25 lakh. for that you have to deposit money in any nearest bank (25,000rs for 25 lakh). He also asked me, which bank is near to you. so that bank wise I will provide you account no. so you can deposit money.

I  Thought Something is going wrong. Then I started call recording and informed him about that. then he end that call. when I called Him again and asked the reality. Angrily & loudly he is shouting and using abusive language for me. and told me he is from pakistan and ur getting more outgoing charges.

2. Please dont make call to that type of no. like +92300. outgoing charges are more
3. Dont deposit any money in any bank
4. Inform Police
5. Inform SIM Provider Company.
6. Inform To Your Friends, Public. whenever and wherever Possible
