I received two calls  letting me know that I had until the end of the day to call or they will call my work to serve me papers about a bank check fraud.  The next day they they called me again with the same message.  

" I thought I had until the end of the day of the first called to call".   These people are such idiots.

I received a call at work from this number and says i have 4 hours to respond against a restraining order and that if i dont my employer will be contacted.  Is this for real?  I cant believe they would leave a message like this.

I usually do not answer when unknown or unavailable id calls but was expecting important call. Recorded message(SCAM) saying I had 4hrs to respond or would contact my employer. (I am not employed)
Totally illegal scammers, frightening people! The first time I got similar call, I had freaked out, even though I knew I had done nothing wrong or illegal!

I rec'd a call telling me that I had 4 hours to call them back and my attorney has 24 hours to call them back or I will have a restraining order placed on me.  What a joke!  I tried calling them back and their mail box is full.

Can you post the location address and any info?  if everyone walks into the small claims court after sending them a cease and desist order you can file a claim for like 2500 a phone call against them and the state will help prosecute.  I am getting them for someone else at my home phone, but as i work nights and have a private number that only friends and family will call in emergencies this is becoming a sleep deprivation issue and I am fed up!

UNREAL!!!!! Just got a call and the msg said me or my lawyer have to call them back in 4 hrs or they will have to put a restraining order after me. Such scammers!! Someone has to stop this idiots and make them pay for all the folks who did pay because they were scared and thought they owed the money. The other two numbers they called from over 3-4 months ago are 216-287-1866 and 216-536-3460. So don't know if they are connected. This is a Ohio area code. They won't get a dime out of me!! I received the same message at my work phone that I had a restraining order against me, blah, blah, blah.  I didn't and won't call back.  I got the call after I left work.  

I just started getting these calls again, this happened to me already once this year.  Ended up that I got them to give me a fax number and I faxed all the comments from the internet I could find on them to them.  And every time I called them back I requested to talk to a Manager about this matter.  I did get a call from one of their former employee's that told me that it was a scam and they were paid a precentage of what they got you to pay.  She even gave me some location they were in and some names I reported them and it stopped but they are at it again.  They are getting your numbers from old past pay day loans you have paid off already and trying to get you to repay them to these people.  That is how they are able to pay their employees a percentage because you don't own the money.  I imagin that they don't want to give you the  name of the pay day loan company since you don't owe them anymore.  It is a SCAM...

About the same as the people before me.  They need to get God in their life because I can not imagine a true believer in Jesus Christ doing this, and it's all in the name of money.  You can't take it with you!  How nice it would be if they were caught.  

I just came in from work and saw a my message light flashing.  I retrieved the message and the recorded person speaking indicated the same information as stated in the above-mentioned message.  I do not owe any payday loan any money.

I got up this morning and had the same voice message.  I have learned the hard way to always look and see if it is a scam.  If I do not know the number, then I do not answer my phone.  These people are sick and this makes me so mad!!!!  I just reported this number to the police and when I do talk to these people I tell them that the Police Department will be contacting them.

Got the same message at work, I keep telling the receptionist it is a scam. don't know how they got my work number and they call my cell at least 3 times a day! This has got to stop it is harrassment and very frustrating.

I received the same message as the above people.  Mostly, it is annoying and obviously a scam, which I know because there is no one in my life that would file a restraining order against me.  I wish there was something that could be done to stop these people from these harassing phone calls.

Received a received a voice mail on my home phone  from this company stating that I had 4 hours to respond or a restraining order would be filed.  It also threatened to call my place of work to verify my employment and to have my attorney call them within 24 hours. They have called my place of work but I do not answer the phone and they have not left a message there.  I do not know who this company is or what they are calling for.  I know collectors are not to leave these types of voice mails on your phone.  They did not say this is a debt collector and anything gathered will be used to collect a debt or anything like that.  I still have the message on my phone.

I received this number this morning on my cell phone. I didn't answer as the caller ID came up as 000-000-0000, but a message was left for me. It said I have a complaint against me and I have 4 hours to respond.  The caller said I have a complaint filed against me and I need to have my attorney call him back because a restraining order has been filed in my name. I do not know of anyone who would file a restraining order against me because I have done nothing wrong. They also said my employer may be called to verify employment. Good luck! I'm unemployed!

No one ever answers.  I got the same, and each time it is a voice mail with no option to leave a message, only a call back number.

stop making harassment calls and find out who are you really trying to contact. It seems the people like to leave message and then you have to have the right number.

The people called my home phone this morning saying they have a restraining against my son and he needs to respond within 4 hours or be arrested.  I looked the number and found just like others have that this number is in Cleveland Ohio.  I know it's a scam. This is the first time they have called me, in Louisiana.  No company name given.

I too keep getting calls and voice mails from this number.  They say me or my attorney have 4 hours to contact them or they will contact my work, which they did.  Say I have I have charges pending and something about a restraining order.  This is getting so old and getting to me.

i just got a call from them saying that i had 4 hrs to respond. the  same thing as all the other complaints.when you try to call the number back, you get a message t hat says the mail box for that number is full. so how can i reply if they wont even take the call. they say they will call my employer to verify where i work.
