I have received numerous missed calls from this number.  No messages left.  When I tried to call back, there is no voicemail or outbound message.  Today, I happened to pick up the call and the guy first asked if I was who I was, then said I was being recorded and then claimed that I had responded YES to 16 questions about wanting to continue my education.

I said NO and he hung up.

Got a call from this number. It happened after I "signed" up for a freebie website.  I should have known better.

I looked it up this number constantly calls me, out of Cleveland Ohio, but who or what is it?
