This phone number has called and left a message stating there is a restraining order against my husband and that he needed to retain a lawyer and call the number back. He did just to see what they said no, answer but wanted our information. Then yesterday they called MY mother and did the same. Absolutely ridiculous, she called me in a panic. There has been no written communication to indicate any law suit, as would be done if it was legitimite. They have also used 817 and 877 as well as 800, but all the same voicemail.

Just got off the phone where the same number tried to get me. I called payday loans and more and they have already filed with the police department about these people scamming.. If they call you contact the police department then the FBI. They need to be stopped.. They are facing harrassment, fraud, etc. No telling how much money they have recieved from poor people already! I pray the FBI gets them (multiple people involved) and destroys their operation and gives them a taste of their own medicine..

Same problem. Call threatening a lawsuit and a restraining order with immediate legal action taken against me. Offered to let me talk to a litagator (NOT a lawyer- a litagator). Asked for information about me. How do we close these people down???!!! Doesn't anyone care?

I keep getting the same call everyone else seem to be receiving.  I have tried to return the call and got no response.  After the third call on 2 different phone numbers i decided to contact the local sheriff's office. With no pending cases from them nor the local courts. What a scam just can't figure out how to get him to quit calling

I have also been receiving these phone calls . Same message. How are these people getting my phone number and name?

Received a recording from this number to give them a call for a legal matter. How do we stop these people from calling my number? Canceling my number would one choice, but all my family and friends have this number? Any other solutions?

The company this guy leases his phone number from is Bandwidth.com.  Go to their website and they have a toll free number to report this scam.  They will also want you to go to the bottom right of their home page and click on "legal".  On the next page on the left side, click on" report AUP violations."  Fill out the form.  They will turn off the phone that is calling you.
Also, don't forget to go to the FTC phone complaint website.  Fill out the appropriate form and they will investigate the individual personally.

I just started getting the calls today; two messages within 20 minutes. I tried calling back but it said the ?? compay can not be reached at this time please leave a message, then it said their box was full.

Got same message on my work phone dated 12/31. No idea what its about. I will take the advice of others on here and file complaint.

I got a two calls from this ph# so far telling me I have a restraining order against me and me and my lawyer should call. I got the same kind of calls from a Calif ph# doing the same thing. Wish these guys would get caught and stop harassing people.

Same thing - scam - if i had a restraining order against me the local police would have brpought me paperwork. I dont have any collectors at my door so they can call again and i will report to my local police department

I am always geting these phone calls  telling me to get a lawyer  and they have some restraining order how do i make them stop

a recording to my place of business for a former employee, stating they had restraining order. Someone needs to prosecute the people being this harrassing phone number. So, this # is calling places of business, leaving personal information on voicemails that could potentially damage a persons career.

These people keep calling same as everyone else.  How can I block them from my cell phone?

I keep get calls from this man that says I have 24 to 48 hours to have my attorney to call me over a legal matter and that he was a Litigation and to call this number back 216-273-6143 immediately.. I call and only get the mailbox is full and can't take message.. STUPID!!

They call my Job several times each day with the same request stating they have restraining order and the I may have to appear in court. This is a scam. But how do you block on the cell phone and office phone.

I received a pre-recorded phone on my work phone saying that I have a restraining order against me and I have 24 hours to call this number 216-273-6143.  I do know this is a scam.  If there is a retraining order or anything of that sense, your local sheriff's department or what have you will serve you something.  this is a scam

Got the same message...i've been dealing with this scamming company for a while now...this will bbe my 3rd time filing a police report (they change their number every time i file. a report but its the same people)

I had the same call yesterday. Left a message stating I had a restraining order. I called the number and the man was very rude and told me I sounded like a nice girl I could have someone lend me money to pay off debt. I laughed told he clearly this wasnt a legitimate service cause he sounded very unprofessional and completely STUPID. What a joke!

Got the same threatening automated call as everyone else.  They say they have a restraining order against me and me or my attorney need to call within 24-48 hours.  They do not leave a case number or anything.  When I call the number backs it says "the ?? customer you are trying to reach is unavailable.  Please leave your name and number."  You would think they would at least say the name of the company.  How do I stop these calls?

I am not sure who LTS Litigation  is but they called and left a message on my work phone number.  I have reported them to my local  police department.
