It's an automated call from my doctor's office reminding me of an upcoming appointment.

This number is a legitimate call. It is from SecuReach, an service used by doctors to inform patients of their test results. The call is simply to let you know that there is a message waiting in your box. To retrieve it, you have to call a toll-free number and enter both a box# and pin# that were given to you (or to someone else in your household) by the doctor's office.

Note: There is no "call type" in the dropdown menu here for "legitimate" so I am using "unknown" as this call does not fit any of the other types.

no its a number that calls you back regarding test results you have had recently and you either call your doctor back or listen to the message for instructions..

This is a service my doctors office is now using.  When my test results, etc. are ready, they call me with this recorded message and I have to then call the number my doctors office gave me (on a credit card-looking card) and give them a code and I get my personal results or message, etc.  And the recording will keep calling you for days until you've called in and checked your message.

I received a call from this number.  My gynecologist uses this number to give you the results to tests she runs.  I was given a card with an ID and PIN on it at her office.  When this number calls, I listen to the message.  It is a recording of my Dr. telling me to call a number to get my results.

I am getting several calls a day, nearly every day from this number, and I want them to stop!

I don't understand the area code (216) but this is from a 201 doctors office. It is automated and they were calling to confirm an appointment. It does show as "unavailable" on my caller ID.

My call from this number was to inform me of my upcoming doctor appointment.  It isn't the doctors number ... must be a service.

This number is an automated telephone system from which you receive your medical test results. You are suppose to call back with your pin number provided by the doctor. If you aren't awaiting test results, they probably have the wrong number.

It's a phone call from planned parenthood or another medical provider.  call the number they gave you on the secure card, put in your pin and box number, and they'll give you the message they need to give you.

I suspect someone gave an incorrect phone number or someone entered a phone number into their system wrong.  I've had 3 calls in the past 2 hours.

I call it back and it's waiting for a userID and PIN.

The system is called Secure Reach Patient ????

Obviously this call system is a "Scam"....phishing for customers.  My suggestion is just to ignore them until "they" put additional contact information in their recorded message to deal with what subject is requested.

You should have a card from your medical facility, the call from this number is for you to call back to get your results of medical test results.

who are this people? they call and they dont say who they are

You call it back for test results on a recent medical test you had.

I've received 2 calls so far. They hang up when you answer the phone.
