This is the FEEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION SITE TO FILE A COMPLAINT.  AFTER SPEAKING WITH A REP AT THE FTC,  I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL ONLY INVESTIGATE IF A COMPLAINT IS FILED WITH THEM,  AND IT HAS TO BE COUNTRY WIDE.  NOT JUST ONE STATE.  SO IF YOU NEED TO USE THIS SITE TO ALSO GET THESE TELEMARKETERS.  IT'S ONE THING IF THEY CALL ONCE, AND YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, AND YOU DO NOT WANT ANY MORE CALLS, BUT FOR THEM TO CALL TIME AND TIME AGAIN, THAT IS ANOTHER WHOLE THING,

AND THEY DID TELL ME THEY GOT MY NAME AND NUMBER FROM AN APPLICATION I FILLED OUT ON LINE FOR A JOB!   I HAVE NOT REQUESTED ANY INFORMATION ON MORE EDUCATION!

These jerks are also using a local number to call several times a day.  I got sick of it, and called the local number back, 216-672-3768.  I asked them where they are located, and it was like pulling teeth.  They told me Chicago.  When I asked for the corp. office address they acted like they did not hear me.  Even after asking about 6-7 times.  They finally gave me a po box number of POBOX 80338, Chicago, IL 60680-3338.
When I asked for a real location, not a po box they got mad and hung up.  I called the number back, the same 216-672-3768 and now was told I was talking to someone in San Francisco, CA,  They gave me the same po box #, but the so called main office number of 877-729-0716.  I found a web site with the same info. However, the website has yet another location.

number calls and does not leave a message

constantly calling very poor english when speaking annoying trying to keep me on the phone then i had to curse them out they still call

Just got a few calls from them today when I filled out a job application as well.  They never left a message with me so I guess they didnt want me too badly

just got a call form this number. A woman was on the other line.

I was going to fill out an app. for Macys and got a survey instead.  Started to complete the survey but stoped because they started getting personal.

Keeps on calling....annoying....Called back and somebody answered the phone trying to offer educational assistance. Hopefully will stop calling after telling them that I'm not interested in going back to school...I graduated a Bachelor's degree....I think they got your info when you signed up some job application on-line..not sure what it is. Hopefully they will stop calling me....

This is a scammer number that has picked up information from an online job application.  The people who talk (when they do answer) have heavily accented english, and wil contiually try to keep you on the phone as long as possible.  Do NOT give them information, such as a social security number, nor should you believe they are willing to hire you (the third time they called they offered a job opportunity, but only if I gave them the "correct" information against what I'd written on a job board).  On checking this number out, it's CELL phone, not a landline, and the city its registered in is Beachwood, Ohio.  If you've been contacted by these scammers, please, I'm urging you to call the following people who have the legal power to shut these scammers down once and for all.

If you've been contacted by these scammers repeatedly, I urge you to add your complaint to mine with the above offices.  Hopefully, if enough people take the time to contact the authorities about them, perhaps we can shut them down before anyone does fall for their scams.

who ever is calling from this number says nothing when i answer the phone. please stop calling me, i have other things to do besides answering to a breather...  smh
