got a call from 1-216-744-1104 - no message - call display said "AACC"

216-744-1104 is a scam junk debt collection agency.

They call and leave msgs. say that by listening that you are acknowledging that you are the person they're looking for-
Asset Acceptance buys your old credit card debt and attempts to settle, but never reports the account as paid to the credit bureau. Do not speak to them or reply to their mail.

Isn't it illegal for Asset Acceptancy to call my work phone? These people will not leave me alone. What are the legal ramifications of thier abuse?

I received a call from them today. The girl who called left me a very strange and unprofessional message. She said " I am getting really tired of this sh*t" and then hung up. WTF? These people need help.
