I too just seen on my bank statement that I have a charge of 29.95 from mycash guardian. I have no clue how I got this. And I also will incurr a 34.00 overdraft fee due to it. Im strugling the way it is to make ends meet. This is a devasting blow to recieve unexpectedly. Hope they get caught and pay the consiquences!! Is there anything we can do about this??

Been receiving calls from this so called firm with the same statements saying i will have to go to court and pay over $8000.00 dollars or send them $550.00 and it will go away. It sounds like Dot Head and One of them is named Jay McEntire and Steve Hart I dont know what to do someone give me a little direction.

This guy has called me too. He said his name was jay mcintire, and that he was an attorney. He told me I owed money for outstanding loans and that I would be sued if I didn't pay. In addition, I would go to jail and my employer would be notified. It freaked me out at first, but there were some things that raised suspicion. Reading these testimonies makes me feel better, but how can we stop him?

I ha dthe same phone calls, telling me i owed a cash advanced 698.00 and if i didnt have it paid by 3 pm they where going to issue a warrant for my arrest! I dont owe anyone any money, i know that for a fact! I have never got a cash advanced or pay day loan of any type! These calls kept going on from the same number and what sounded like the same man to me,  but he always had a different name.it was hard to understand him.i got tired of the calls so went to the police station where i live and he happened to call while i was there.i answered and told him i was sitting with a state cop and gave the cop my phone, i havent got any calls again! Its bull that they can do crap like that!

I checked my bank today and found $29.95 taken also I googled MyCASHGuardian and found the place loaded with complkaints about this scam.  I have filed a companit with the BBB and am filling out the form for IC3 which is internet crimes division of the FBI.  I hope you do go after them.  This is horrible.  Good Luck!!!!!

I did NOT take a loan out with you and yet you charged me $29.95..this amt then caused me to be charged $33 for an over limit change. I callrd the FCC and you are loaded with complaints. I have a lawyer working with me now on a LTD suit. He advised me to contact you and ask that you return the $29.95 plus the 33 dollar overchare. If you ignore me, he is willing to start a group law suit since you have so many complaints against you! Somebody has to stop you, prying on the poor and the disabled. I already have 40 people willing to file complaints..and I've just started, so the only ones looking at jail time would be you and your cowokers Have you ever heard of Karma? Its about to bit you in thre a**!

I just got this same message telling me that I owed them money from a cash advance and I have an outstanding loan with them that needs to be paid back, I said no I don't and he proceeded to tell me that a warrant would be issued for my arrest, and that they would contact my employer and have me fired and I would end up in jail.  I told him that my brother is a police officer and that this is not how it works because you can't legally arrest someone for debt.......gives new meaning to "stupid criminals".  They need to get real jobs and stop trying to scame innocent people! They need all the "blessings" they can get!!!!!!!!!  I told him that I was going to file a complaint with the FTC if he ever called here again.

Here are your list of numbers this scamming pieces of work are using with the same demands and threats 202 239-1271 (Steve Davis), 202 280-7039 (Roger Smith) 216 744-9124 (Jay McIntire).  They are all saying the samething but when confronted they either try to talk over you or hangup.  I found also that they do not like speed dail or last number redail...try it 10 times in a row ties up there line and they can't harass anyone else.

Keep getting calls from this number but I have no outstanding payday loans. They even called my job too! How can we stop them?

I recieved the same call, he left me a message to call back by 3pm or a warrant would be issued for my arrest and I would lose my job, I called back and ask what was they talking about, he ask "do you want me to pull your affidavit and read you the case?" very rudely, he began to read , and it sounded so ligite, I started to question, him he got made and said see you in court, and make sure you win have a blessed day, and hung up. I called back and ask for some info about whom I owed the debt to, Jay got angry and said "you will recive your summons paper in the mail in 2 days. I called them several times with questions and each time eithor Steve or Jay ( I spoke with both) would get very upset

Watch for deductions of $29.95 by mycash guardian 8884855853 they are some way connected to those people who call and say you owe them money and they are sending down the police to arrest you and throw you in jail.

On the 14th of July they called on my wife telephone, I answered it and they ask to talk to my wife.  I told them she was not here and wanted to know what it was about.  This guy had a foreign accent and told me they were going to sue my wife over a pay day loan, I told him to go to hell and hung the phone up.  Today we noticed a $29.95 deduction by someone called mycashguardian 8888455853, my wife called them and they said on the 14th of July I applied for a $1000.00 loan and we told them we did not and wanted our money back, they said it would be deposited back into our account in 7 days, but they needed our account information, we told them they had it to take out, they should already have it be put back in.  I called the number of the gentleman who called me on the 14th of July, and it was the same guy, but the machine answered first "My Cash Guardian".  Although they sent an email saying the money would be redosited, I field a complaint with the Sheriff Department.

I just got off the phone wthese people as soon as I told them I was calling the fcc they began hanging up on me. When I asked to know just what they were arresting me for he told me to wait and that it would take 2 days to send the legal papers along with the arrest warrant. The names given to me were: ALEX BROWN, STEVE WATT, JAY MCINTIER (lead/senoir legal). They start out very aggessive but as soon as you start to argue wiht them they becomevery upset. I told them that I was recoeding our conversation now they won't answer my calls. They did say that they're located in Ohio.

Ignore them they are criminal debt collectors breaking every law in the book! I would file a criminal complaint with your police department and have the officer come over and verify the call, the number, and either no message left or a threatening one........both are CRIMINAL!!! If they mail anything  similar, go online and file a criminal complaint with the US Postal Criminal Investigations Unit..............they don't play around with these people! I had one from California that found himself behind bars faster than he could say "Off to Prison"!
Creditors have a specific protocol they must follow but they try and circumvent the expense with these sorry excuses for human beings and their low life tactics! They know better than knock on your door!!!

I got the same calls a few weeks ago at my work and my cell, and now I'm getting similar calls from another number. I wish there was a way to have these people prosecuted. How did they even get my work information???

My mom got a call for me from 216-744-9124.  She taped the call and I listened to it.  He said his name was Steve Watt or Wyatt.  I couldn't understand him due to his accent.  He said that if I didn't call back a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest and my employer was going to be called.  The call was very threatening.  I didn't understand what he was talking about.  He never said what company he was calling from.  I just got the call a few minutes ago and decided to google the number to find out what company it was for, and this website came up.  I am not going to call the number back now that I know it is bogus, or maybe I will call back to see what they say.  Will post new message if I call the number back.

I got the same call from a Jay Smith (Proctor & Associates) around 12md. He spoke with a hindu accent. He was very demanding on the way he told me I had received money from cash advance($400) and I was being sued. If by 3pm I had not sent him the $400. I should have known better cause I never requested the money. He said I was being sued, a warrant was going to be made the next morning, and he was going to make sure I would be laid off if I didn't pay by 3pm. I didnt think about the money, I thought about being stopped in the car by police with my kids in the car so and I PAID.  This morning I received the same call from a different number and I decided to post it fro everyone. When I called the receptionist, also with a hindu accent, told me she couldnt give me information and hung up on me. NICE. The new number is 760-278-3027.

I got a call from a Chris (Proct & Assoc)last evening, I hung up on him, as I could not understand him, then he calls my job this morning and spoke to my assoc that put him on hold & told me who was on hold. When I go to it he had hung up & called back again yelling at my co worker for not transferring his call. I advised this Chris do not ever call me at work again, that it was clear he had my cell phone # , I went to lunch & he called again, after i warned him to not call me here. I have filed a formal comlaint, as I have no payday loans. These people need to be stopped! Payday loans need to be banned also, they make it to where it is nearly impossible to pay them back anyway & causes people to go more debt.

Got a call from this same guy.  Says his name is Michael Davis from Procter & Associates and that I owe CashAdvance $498.00.  It is definitely bogus and he text messaged me too with a lot of crap that I could not even make out or follow.  Some of which did not even make since and he had the wrong last name.  Told me to send him the money I owed CashAdvance using a MoneyPak or I would be sued.

I got a similar phone call from a guy that said his name was Jay McIntier and he told me that I had a loan through this company call cash advance and I was late on my payment and I needed to settle with them and if I didnt pay I was going to federal prison and my family would go too. This guy is bogus Please do not fall into his trap all he is trying to do is get money from you! I have already reported him to the FTC. Oh yeah He also told me to Have a blessed day if anything he is the one that is going to need a blessed day because of all the trouble he is in !!

I received a call from Jeff Foster saying he was with Proctor & Associates and the number he gave was 216-744-9124.  I think it was a collection company but it was extremely had to under stand.  It almost sounded as if it was a computer generated voice I have heard it before using Microsoft TTS.  I have little detail, I could only make out bits and pieces I did however catch the threatening portion of the call something about consequences would fall on me and finished by saying have a blessed day.  I also got a call that was even less audible from the same person and threatened me with legal consequences and something about my work and also finished by saying have a blessed day.  The number that was given was 310-984-6348.

I received a call from this number stating that they were from Proctor & Associates aand they were going to file criminal charges against me if I didn't call them by 2pm.
