This call seriously upset me i have an abusive father who lives in the 217 area code I thought it was him trying to get a hold of me and was sent into a panic attack and ended up in the hospital I was there my whole mothers day. The phone calls come at all hours of the day from 1:00am to as late as 11:30pm This was actually very upseting until I found this website HOW DO I STOP THE CALLS?

CONTACT THE SERVICE PROVIDER, LEVEL3 COMMUNICATIONS, AND TELL THEM YOU ARE BEING HARASSED BY ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.  I GET 5 OR 6 CALLS PER DAY AND NO ONE EVER SAYS ANYTHING WHEN I PICK UP. SOMETIMES THE CALLS ARE AFTER 10PM OR EVEN MIDNITE AND NO "LEGITIMATE" BILL COLLECTOR OR TELEMARKETER WOULD EVER CALL AT THESE HOURS. I HAVE CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND ALWAYS GET A VOICEMAIL OF ANDREA MALDONADO.  THIS IS HARASSMENT AND LEVEL3 COMMUNICATIONS, ONCE NOTIFIED OF A COMPLAINT, IS COMPLICIT IN THE HARASSMENT IF THEY DON'T GET IT TO STOP. TELL THEM YOU ARE PREPARED TO NAME THEM AS A CO-DEFENDANT IN A HARASSMENT LAWSUIT.

This number calls several times per day. 1:30 am this morning and all hours of the night and day. I filed a complaint with Level3 which is the provider. You'll want to call Brandon @ Level3 720-888-6386 security and file a complaint or Jennifer Daumler Sr. Director of public relations 720-888-3356 and send an email to abuse@level3.com I also filed a complaint with the do not call registry.We need to get this person shut down!

Have received many calls from the number tied to Andrea Maldonado - tried to leave a message for her, to get me off the calling list - didn't work.

Someone please get the authorities to shut this number down!

last night I got 5 phone calls from this number, all of them afetr 11:00 pm.
I call back and it was the Maldonado voicemail.

It's disconcerting to see that a complaint was lodged on the 9th with Level3 and nothing was done about it.  Here's what I did: I called Level3 and spoke with a very nice person in the security area named Terry who tells me that many complaints have been filed against this number and a ticket is open with the reseller to get it resolved.  "The calls should stop today".

Just thought you'd like to know.

Got a call on May 13 @ 1:34am. Nobody there when I said "hello" 3+ times, then annoying "if you'd like to make a call....". If so many people are getting these why can't this person be charged with harrassment?

Caller ID - Calls Log shows 217-633-4178 called my phone last night at 2:01AM, at 4:21 AM and again at 6:56 AM.  Guess I was "target" last night.  I will call the complaint numbers today.

I got calls from this number yesterday and today at 9PM, 12AM, 3AM, 7AM, 9AM...
Level 3 is not doing much...

The calls are coming from a customer (Ill.) of Level 3 Communications (Colorado).  Call their fraud dept. at 720-888-0012 and make a complaint, and also file a complaint online with the FCC.

Interrupted me and my family, 5 to 10 times a day, daily and plus 1:08 am and 3:43 am.  Please stop calling and harrassing us!  I am going to report to fraud dept. and file online complaint with FCC. It's against the law for someone harassing to anyone/everyone.  I hope this number will arrest.

I get this call 3 or 4 times a week around 10pm.  When I tried returning the call I get a message that your call cannot be completed at this time.  When I answer, nothing happens for a few seconds and it disconnects.  What can we do to stop this aside from changing our number?

I keep getting this call at night waking me up.  If it doesn't stop I am reporting it to the telephone company. I had this problem one time and the FBI took care of it. SO KEEP CALLING JERK!!

after setting the call reject on my phone the call was rejected about 3 times the last call was on the 23rd haven't had a call sense. hope this helps

I keep getting calls from this number but no one is on the other end and I am getting tired of it. Please do something about it if you can. The next time it hapens i am going to call the Phone Compant and report it and google  Thanks Virgil

This number needs to be shut down.  They harass people at all hours of the day or night with no message and when you call back Andrea Maldonado answering devices immediately hangs up

I have no idea who this number is. I do not know it, therefore I do not answer it. There is no message left any time they call. Why would someone in South Carolina say that it is a police assigned cell phone when the number originates in Illinois?

I have also received this call late at night and while work. Is there any new information on the origin? Also, what action can be taken to stop the calls?

These calls are waking me up every morning.  When the answer machine picks up, there's just a tone, and then it disconnects.  It's a landline in Hartsburg, Illinois.  The phone company is Level 3 Communications, LLC, Illinois.  When I call the number back, there's a voice mail from Andrea Moldonado.

are the calls going to cell phones and land lines? i got 3-6 calls a day to my cell phone. i setup the call reject this past Friday. the phone rejected a call Sat morning. havent had another call sence.
