We have had Rick from Twin Ports Computer provide us with service at our business.  He has always been professional and provided us with excellent service.  We have had several different issues with multiple computers and he has always been prompt in getting the work completed and has charged a fair price for his service.  We would highly recommend him and his company to provide knowledgable and thorough service.

You go girl!  I have to agree with everything you said.  I wonder if the complainer has a conscious.  It would bother me to say untruths.  Rick  and Twin Ports Computers is AWESOME!

Wow! What can I say. Liar liar pants on fire!  I have had Rick Amatuzio to my house and office to fix computer problems that I was having.  I was paying support to another computer company and was not getting service or help from them.  I will not mention the name of the company because that would be hurtful to their business!  They are already getting a bad reputation without me adding to it.  Let the reputation of the person speak for themselves.  I found Twin Ports computer to always be there when I have a problem and Rick wants to be called for anything.  He is so giving of his time and knowledge.  I hope more of the customers can write a positive review and I hope that sites like this can be removed where anyone can go in and not identify themselves and write such garbage.

It is unbelievable that this person complained !  I find it interesting that anyone can type in a number and "black Ball" a honest and hard working individual.  Shame on you for saying such hurtful and wrong things!  I find it also suprising that the individual didn't have the courage to leave his or her name.  Makes me wonder about their "too good to be true" quote.  This individual wants to hurt the reputation of an honest man.  I have given his name to several individuals and business and they have called and thanked me for finally finding someone that knows what they are doing.  So I would say call Twin Ports Computer if you want a hard working individual who will help you with your problems and charge a reasonable amount.  The above mentioned complainer probably works for one of the competiors! Makes you wonder about him threatening to call the police.  I would taken the money and run in that situation too.  I think the person is a nut and it sounds like nothing you can do would have made this person happy.  I have to agree with Rose.  The services far than exceded our expectations.  I hope more people write positive information for Twin Ports and Rick Amatuzio.  

Not at all true. I called Twin Ports Computer and there service exceeded  my expectations.

Don't call or respond to phone calls to and from Fly by Night Rip Off Artist Ramatuzio and the phone number he currently has is 218-591-1220 callling his business Twin Ports Computer (Duluth) which is not Licensed in the States of Minnesota or Wisconsin. Ramatuzio came by to fix my PC 2 hours late and he did some cleaning and updates and sold me Two 2G Memory Ram Sticks cause he said 2 1G sticks of ram was not enough speed for today's standards. He tried charging me more than twice what Best Buy sells Ram for, cause I did a phone call immediately to Best Buy to compare Pricing. So he reduced price to match Best Buy, then I called Computer Renaissance for pricing and it was even Less yet still. Now Ramatuzio refused to go lower and took his Ram out and put mine back in. Then Ramatuzio tried charging me $100 for the little bit of cleaning he did on my laptop. I reminded him that he would match the Flat Rate that another Guy was charging and he refused to drop price, I proceeded to call the police and he took the $50. and walked out of my door without leaving me a receipt. So I say, BeWare of "If it Sounds to Good to be True, then It just might be". Get things written out and signed before and signed by both you and the repairman first before repairs are done and if other things are realized and found to be needed or wanted then again it must be written out and agreed by both parties.
