Got a call today about some loan or something like that. I could not really understand him on the message  He mumbled a few things and said I could be arrested if I did not resolve this. I have no idea what it was. He left a different number to call him back, but that was unclear as well due to the heavy accent.

Got a call today from this number on my cell phone. The guy had an indian accent and was claiming that he is an IRS agent and they have 3 complaints against me. I should call them immediately otherwise a legal action can be taken. I just ignored the call and hanged up because I know IRS never contact you via phone calls etc.

Caller claimed he is from IRS and they have case against me for tax fraud and i told them let me call IRS and he hung. Caller cant ever speak proper English, what a joke, since when IRS is calling people for tax matters?

The person mentioned he is IRS officer and i have intentionally underpaid my taxes. For this they have opened a criminal case against me and issues an arrest warrant. Cops are on their way to arrest me. , i will be behind bars and the criminal case against me subjects me to 35K.I can tell he was indian guys.

Someone calling from this number to my neighbors & asking about me' he does speak in Hindi

Indian accent,  said his name was police officer cooper. Said I owed irs money and cops have a warrant for my arrest.  Scam caller.

I got a call in morning, couldn't pick that call. He left the voice message with a call back no 1- 844-332-5130. Got a call again from different no - 576-023-8401

Got the same call. Threatened action I think since it sounded like he was on a cell phone. Left a message, LIke I am going to call back some 888 number that is different from the caller ID. I think I will report to FBI cybercrimes unit since I use VOIP. Idiots, impersonating a Federal Agent will seriously irritate the Feds.

got 2 calls from this number this morning, in quick succession. there were 2 different men calling, both had accents of men from India. I am pretty certain of this. They purported to be calling from the IRS ( which they helpfully explained to me stood for Revenue Service ! ). They knew my name. They asked for the name of my tax attorney because they had information about me relating to tax fraud! I told them I would report them to the police. They are certainly scam artists of some sort.

Call from this number supposedly from IRS to threaten me with a legal case against me. I have also received the 'microsoft support' calls, but was not logging the number them. These guys are persistent and rude. Apparently they are one and the same. The names given are Anglo Saxon, but I'm pretty sure the callers are from the Indian subcontinent. I'm getting a bit tired of watching out for the unknown IDs and waiting for the voice mail to reveal who called. All day long. Other numbers for these same callers are: 2026004694, 2134879500, 3016202968 (name given Aura Quintanilla on ID, person calling was Adam Johnson, with Indian voice and accent), and a number left on voice mail for the fictitious IRS: 8886330181.

They left a message that they have filed a case by IRS and that I need to call them right away in a different (very similar) number.  I have dealt with similar group before and they would ask us to make the payment (about $2500) by Green Card Visa (prepaid) right away within an hour - otherwise we would get arrested. It is a fraud. I think that there is a Chinese group doing all these from Miami, a mere TELEMarketing group making all these fraudulent calls. Just ignore them. If possible, please file a simple complaint against this (and similar) unwanted, fraud calls in Federal registry: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints  (Interesting thing is that my number is in Do-Not-Call list.  It does not seem to matter for these people).

a guy named david called my cell phone looking for one of my employees. he claimed that he owed them money and was suing him. same guy called me last summer upwards of 20 times a day looking for same employee. from different numbers also.

very hard to understand. he said his name was david. he was actually calling my cell looking for an employee of mine, stating that there was a lawsuit against him and it was important that he call him back. he called my cell 20 times a day looking for my employee last summer. this went on for about 2 weeks. it got to the point that i ended up getting my legal department on it.

Just called me saying I owned money and they were gonna take legal action new my first and last name and the last four of my social. Something needs to be done!

GOT A CALL FROM A SO CALLED  HECTOR RODRIQUEZ CLAIMING TO WORK FOR ADVANCED CASH PAY DAY LOAN REQUESTING THAT I NEED TO PAY 675.00 OR CRIMINAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGANIST ME.  HE WANTS ME TO GO GET A GREEN DOT MONEY CARD FOR $675.00 . WHICH IS UNTRACABLE CASH CARD.  HE KEEPS ON CALLING MY WORK FROM ALL DIFFREENT PHONE NUMBER AT LEAST 20 TO 30 TIMES PER HOUR. hE'S USING PHONE NUMBER 1 576-023-8401 OR 943-494-2666 OR 220-650-4590. I TOLD HIM THE ONLY WAY I WOULD PAY HIM IF I OWED WAS GIVE ME A CASE AND FILE NUMBER AND I WOULD SEND HIM A CERTIFIED BANK CHECK. HE CLAIMS THAT HIS COMPANY HE WORKS FOR ONLY TAKES GREEN DOT MONEY CARDS. HE CONTINUED TO CALLS AND NOW HE SAID HE WANTS KNOW MONEY FROM ME  JUST WANTS  ME  TO LOSE BY JOB.  HE IS CALLING AND IS SCREAMING AND YELLING AT ME AND ALSO MY FELLOW CO WORKERS.  WHO CAN HELP ME???

Received a call from this number and the gentleman had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. He claimed he was with the IRS and asked if I had a criminal lawyer.

got a call from this number and cound not understand a single word he was saying -  hung up on him -  b*****d called back using a different number

Got a call from this number.  Did not answer it but they left voice mail.  I deleted it by accident.  But it was a strong accent very hard to understand saying that there had been some complaints and I need to call them.  I couldn't even understand the phone number he left.  When  redialed this number  a message came on saying that this number was not allowed from my phone.???????????

He hung up when I said I didn't even own a computer..... I lied of course but so was he. I know that "windows" doesn't call people if there is a "problem" and I wouldn't give my info to anyone calling me anyway. Them calling me is the best clue that these calls are scams.

I got a call from this number a couple of minutes ago.  When I answered and said "hello" there was nobody on the other end, then a couple of seconds later I heard a recorded female voice say "goodbye" and they hung up.

I just got this same call, about my computer. I told the idiot I have a mac, and to knock off the spam.

Got a call from this number Dec 20/2013 at 12 noon - call display  didn't recognize the number as anyone I knew so didn't answer.  Southern Manitoba area is where I live

I got this call at 9am local time and they asked about my computer being slow and sending errors and they were with Microsoft and wanted to fix it. I told her I don't have a computer and she hung up on me.. I knew it was a scam ive been getting Microsoft calls like this for years its some annoying..

I received this call as well, as soon as he said he was from MIcrosoft, I hung up.  He said his name was David, talking in a Pakistani accent.

got a call this morning. middle eastern accent guy wanted me to sign on to my computer. told me there was an error with microsoft that i wasn't aware of. he had my name and city but could not tell me what type of computer i had. i asked him how he knew i was running a system with microsoft but he wouldn't give me an answer. told him if i had a problem i would call back. probably a scammer. so sad that we are all becoming so sceptical of everyone.
