T-Mobile's billing system likes to prepend "22222" to unlisted SMS short codes. In this case, it's 78676, which are those Weather Channel alerts you signed up for. Nothing to worry about.

This text says "Mauritania" on my bill, but I'm not getting the messages on my phone. I'm with T-Mobile.
